The faculty is very knowledgeable and enhances individuals personality and growth they tried really there best to reach out the best potential of students.
The institution not only offers competitive tuition fees but also provides opportunities for scholarships, financial assistance, and campus jobs, ensuring affordability while promoting academic excellence.
I am a first-year student i don't have much knowledge about the placements but according to the website the average placement is 7,20,000 which quite good for a beginner, the college provides many internship opportunities as well.

Dislikes

Actually fee i decent but i guess scholarship and financial assistance facilities should be given but it's very difficult to avail here.
The college canteen is very bad . food tastes like hell
Student teacher ratio is also bad and not upto the mark

All about Ramjas, need to read once before taking admission in college.

Likes

Crowd of students, meeting different department students at a common area
faculties behaviour towards students (freshers )
Big ground available where we all sit in winter and plays a game with our classmates and meet other students as well.

Dislikes

Canteen of ranjas is very unhygienic need to improve.
Sports equipment, shortage of volleyball, football
Campus network, phone network is not available at some places

Course Curriculum Overview:

I had opted this course as i have interest in maths and i wanna to pursue it further. Faculty is good, they will teach you every concepts but at last you also have to put an effort to retain it in mind otherwise you will forget everything. I don't know much about faculty teacher ratio. Some faculties are phd holders and some are doing phd , no one is less than that qualified atleast in my department. Exams were ideally held to be in a period of 6 months which is called semesters, but here exams will start in between 4 and half months to 5 months from semester starts. Not at all very difficult to pass the exams, it was moderate but to get a high cgpa you have to put extra efforts.

My first impression of Ramjas

Likes

The Societies are an amazing experience especially if you can get Enactus, Consulting or Debating Society
The Peers are a mix bag, There is a ton of diversity
Canteen food is awesome and also frugal, You can easily dine in on campus on a budget

Dislikes

Infrastructure needs development, Classes don't have ACs or projectors
Professors Cancel classes at last minute
The curriculum of NEP isn't really implemented well, You have SEC, VAC, AEC but none of them are taught well so they become a burden

Course Curriculum Overview:

All faculty are Mphil/PhD, the faculty student ratio is around 1:12, Some teach well some don't, Ultimately you have to study by yourself. Exams are conducted after 4 months. The university is rushing things so it's a bit hectic

Ramjas college

It is one of the 3rd foundation college of Delhi university
One of the oldest physics department in the college
One of the best and experienced faculty in the university

Dislikes

Infrastructure is little bit old as college was built 107 years ago

Course Curriculum Overview:

I opt for this course because there is a vast scope in this field after completing this course. Faculty in our department is well educated and qualified. They did post graduation and P. Hd from IIT's and most prestigious institutions. Exam was held after every semester and it's easy to qualify the exam.

Ramjas is one of the best college of North campus

I liked the canteen and hostel campus which is very beautiful
The building of college also very fascinating

Dislikes

Canteen also include some of the fruits and snacks
Hostel seats availablity must be increased as the Delhi is very expensive

I like college ground the security is good too and good environment
I like the garden areas of the college they are good and green

Life of Delhi University : Ramjas College

Likes

It is very difficult to light up any one particular thing as I like the whole campus but the library is good here as there is peace so your mind doesn't get easily distracted
The other services of the college are also good like lawns and ground for sports activities
The cleanliness is also very much followed here

Dislikes

There are not many things that I disliked
But hostel availability is provided to very less students
Sometimes there is quite liniency in some espects

Placement Experience:

The student can eligible for campus placements just before the last year of our degree . A lot of companies visits for placements and a lot of organisations are attracted towards our college to provide internships to students .

another thing I liked the fests and campuses of DU north campus
DU provide many foreign language courses which is excellent

As I belong to humanities background from class 12th and I have also the keen interest in studying the history the faculties are good and the ratio is about one faculty per 40 students which is the strength of each section. All faculties are highly knowledgable and naturewise are also good.

Ramjas College of Delhi University offers an impressive campus with modern infrastructure, providing a conducive environment for learning.

Dislikes

There are actually vey few things I disliked in my college ie. The infrastructure is not that good as expected. Auditorium of our college is not that big to hold 500 students together atleast.

Placement Experience:

See there is generally not any placements after the course B.Sc. if there are any their placements are not so Good. So talking about opportunities after this course one can pursue his masters, doctorate, post doc. in his subject following his/her passion for that subject. One can qualify NET/JRF exam for professor post in Universities or choose research after M.Sc. if someone is not interested in continuing his studies he/she can go for competitive exams or say government exams.

Almost to expectations

Likes

The greenery is lush and well maintained. Lawns are large and have high utility.
The labs are well equiped and the staff is highly support
Also the faculty is very supporting and empathetic

Dislikes

I dont like the extreme strictness of the management
The canteen is a bit costly for students
Fees hike is a big concern there and is alarming

Placement Experience:

5th semester comes and be ready for placements. 20-30 percent students get placed... Not all. Highest package is about 30 LPA. I aspire to pursue an MBA and hence preparing for cat for the same very dedicatedly.
