The faculty is very knowledgeable and enhances individuals personality and growth they tried really there best to reach out the best potential of students.
The institution not only offers competitive tuition fees but also provides opportunities for scholarships, financial assistance, and campus jobs, ensuring affordability while promoting academic excellence.
I am a first-year student i don't have much knowledge about the placements but according to the website the average placement is 7,20,000 which quite good for a beginner, the college provides many internship opportunities as well.

Dislikes

Actually fee i decent but i guess scholarship and financial assistance facilities should be given but it's very difficult to avail here.
The college canteen is very bad . food tastes like hell
Student teacher ratio is also bad and not upto the mark

Likes

College is overall good, faculty depends from course to course
Canteen food is alright, considering other colleges gives water like dal

Dislikes

Likes

Well maintained lawns. greenery . Beautiful and peaceful environment
Extracurricular activities and opportunities provided by Societies
Students are very friendly and helpful. Seniors give helpful guidance

Dislikes

Lack of fans in classrooms . very hot during summers
Infrastructure is poor due to old building and not mai maintained properly
Gym instruments are not properly maintained and not working

Placements opportunity are available. Various big companies such as kpmg hires from our campus . The avg package is 800000LPA. I want to pursue MBA in marketing after college. The highest package in the college campus went upto 26LPA

Our college _ Ramjas college

Its campus and ita people they all are very fiendly and helpful yhe faculties members are also very good
Our canteen is very good it provide cheap and qualtiy food to us and there are many variety of foods preaent in our canteen
Its sports ground and science lab they are amazing also our college conduct many fest and event reguarly

Dislikes

Not as such any speific thing for me everything is good
Sometimes the library is full with students i didnt get a seat to sit so it may be a dislike thing
Sometime drinking water is not present in our college

I choose this course because I love to study physics chemistry maths all the three subjects There are almost 70 students in our section out of which 40 are boys and 30 are girls approx The teachers are well qualified with PhD. Yes test was conducted on regular basis and it was moderate level and easy to pass

My experience in Ramjas College

Likes

Cooperative and helpful facilities. Everyone help in studies, provide sufficient notes and also help in solving our doubts
Supportive administration. They help us whenever needed and keep us updated to latest notification of DU.
College infrastructure and clubs varitey.

Dislikes

Condition of canteen is needed to be improved little bit.
No stalls in campus expect canteen for cafeteria
Football ground can also be made better.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I want to pursue my career in physics, so that's why I choose this course. Faculties are good, interactive, honest and well wishers. Around 20-30 faculties are available for this course in our college. And all are Masters and PhD holder from top universities and colleges. Talking about teaching method, they all try to teach the concept behind any topic. Usually semister exam are helled after six months. Exams have avegrage level of toughness. If you had attend all the lectures you can pass these semister exams

I love the physics to understand different type of phenomenon Teachers Qualification - Some Faculties graduate from these colleges and some of from IIT Here teachers are so friendly NTA take too much time to conduct this exam

Gym is good with nice machines and free of cost
Campus is the best thing over here with big ground and all over greenery
Auditorium is very good here with good facilities

Dislikes

Canteen is the worst with 0 taste you have to bring lunch from home
Some people are rude over here and some are boring
Some of the teachers are not so good but others are helpful

Placement Experience:

Placements are good but only a few people are placed like 100 or 200 roi is very good average package is about 5 to 6 lpa it provides campus placement big names come here and the placement will depend on what you have learnt in the college

Ramjas: pros and cons.

Likes

I liked the vibrant infrastructure. The greenery around the campus makes it feel very lively. Also we have 2 grounds which are sufficiently large. College has various spots to hangout and chill too...

Dislikes

Few teachers don't teach that good. Especially in optional courses such as GE, AEC. However you can steer them yourselves as they are not that hard and this is a common issue for all the north campus colleges

Course Curriculum Overview:

I had interest in economics sincle class 11th. I liked it more than the other subjects I studied. This inclined me towards this course. The course teachers here are good. Especially the one who teaches microeconomics.

Overall Experience of Ramjas College, North Campus, Delhi University

Likes

I liked the Infrastructure, faculty and attendance is very liberal
Its one of the founding college of DU with great alumni track record.
Placements are great considering undergraduate level

Dislikes

Politics oriented college woth lots of goons
Placement process is not rhat great and needs improvement
Batch size is very small for commerce courses

Placement Experience:

In semester 5 students start applying to Placement Cell. Highest package for the batch of 22-23 is 21.5lpa with 7.8lpa average package De shaw offers highest package and almost all Big 4's visit campus like Deloitte,Pwc,EY and Kpmg. Almost half of the batch who sits for placement gets placed in commerce and economics courses. I will be doing CA articleship right after college
