I am a maths undergrad, and I chose this because of my longed-live curiosity about the rational side of humanity and numbers. Here we've 5 teachers for every 60 students in honors subjects. The faculty does more than just teaching, one can't express that without any sort of personal experience.

Usually, the students from the CS department, BCOM, and BBA get a job in private companies like Wipro, TCS, etc. In other departments students, either aims for higher education or start preparing for a government jobs.

I chose to study BBA because I wanted to pursue MBA later on. But the course curriculum of BBA under the prescribed syllabus of the University of Calcutta is very backdated and not at all adaptive with modern day requirements. There are 8 professors who teach various subjects to all the semester classes of around 40 students each. The professors are well educated but except for one, the rest do not know the art of teaching. Their methods of teaching online during the pandemic are worse and meagre use of available technology to increase ease of learning. Even in offline classes, they mostly teach in a boring manner and nobody pays much attention in the class as a result. All semester exams and internals are taken in due time and in a proper manner maintaining all the rules and strictness. As the course in itself isn't very difficult, hence anyone studying for standard time will pass the exams without worries.

I choose this course because I love the subject and I wanna further study the subject. The faculty of Scottish is as excellent as one could possibly expect it to be. The professors are really helpful. The term exams were as per the University guideline and it was online so pretty easy to pass not even though it was online it was difficult for the students to get decent marks as the copy checking was really strict.

The college followed all the guidelines of Calcutta University for BBA (H) admission and that's why I firstly had to appear in the entrance test. After that, shortlisted candidates get to participate in the Group exercise and Interview organised. The college used to evaluate all these performances and then do final selections.

The reason why I decided to join the Scottish Church College is it's one of a kind education facility and easy commuting methods. The college is situated near the hedua park, Vivekananda road, which allows a smooth commute to college on daily basis. The college is situated in a very well-managed location and offers one of the best facilities on campus.

From the 5th semester onwards students become eligible for campus placements companies like Indigo Amazon Flipkart Wipro visited the highest average package as per the company and professors of Edward like Wipro give 1.7 lakh packages Amazon gives 2.15 lakh package my plans after getting the degree is to pursue higher education like MBA.

I choose the Chemistry subject for my graduation because it was my most favourite subject at +2 level and I wanted to read this more deeply so I choose this. In my college, the faculty students ratio is almost 1:30. Our teachers are so good and lovable. They took well care of us. The teaching level is beyond expectation. They are so well educated in their zone. Here often teachers take a class test to enhance our ability of us to attain some competitive exams in future.

The placements offered by the college is not so good but it is quite better than all other undergraduate hons colleges. Companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro and Amazon visits the campus. But the package offered by them is not good. The average package likes around Rs.1.5-2 lacs/ per annum and the highest package was offered by Amazon was of Rs 2.75 lacs/per annum. I have a plan to pursue MCA from a good university after my Graduation. This will give me more opportunities and higher rank services.
