Shaheed Rajguru College of Applied Sciences for Women Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

From last year you are capable of campus placement, not many companies arrived on our campus. The percentage is not good . After getting a degree I want to go for higher studies. The highest package is 1L and the minimum is 15 thousand.

Second semester you become eligible for the placement drive and you can also join the placement cell for quick access to placements the college provides you with a lot of opportunities a lot of companies come in the placement rounds

The College was first set up for Applied Sciences like BSc in Chemistry, Physics, and Biotechnology, and later on, management courses were introduced. Hence, companies with diverse portfolios came for on-campus placements. For management students, the rules offered were finance and business development Associate, etc.

I'm in 3rd year so none of us has been placed till now because many of the students wants to do master's in their subjects and if I talk about my seniors then 2-4 students have placed in Chegg and others educational companies

You can apply for placements in the 3rd year. Wipro and Sun Pharma are some of the companies that visit the college. Many students apply for Higher education. Many of the students sit for Competitive exams like SSB, UPSC, Banking exams and others.

Our college infrastructure needs to be well-maintained. It is not a very popular college because it is established recently. The job offers provided are not from popular companies. The highest salary package offered the previous year was 22 LPA but few students got recruited with salary packages of 6 LPA. The top role offered is a data analyst.

Students become eligible for campus placements in their third year. Actually college doesn't provides many placements eventhough the placement cell of the college is working hard on this matter. Placements depends upon the stream chosen.

I selected this course as I was keen to study the microbiology universe. The faculty was really very good at my college. They made us understand each topic with great ease. The exams were held every semester and the level of difficulty of the questions is easy to medium.

This course was in my best interest. The faculty was also good in this college for this course. They will help you in any situation and provide you with the best guidance. Their teaching method is also good, they use projectors for explaining any topics. Computer labs are also good. Teachers are available whenever you need help.

From the final year (last semester), i.e. third year, students are eligible for campus placement. Since the placement cell has recently started, the progress made is applauded worthy. Moreover, 20 ( + - a few ) companies somewhere visited and a lot of students were placed. Avg package was somewhere around 4.5 - 6 LPA. I plan to gain practical exposure in the field I'm currently working in, i.e. actuarial.
