The scholarship also grants to good students, their placement training and assistance are brilliant, and our college is always ranked in the highest placement ratio.
Our college gives a huge opportunity to each and every student to get placed in the reputed company and they can a get a good idea of how the interview done
Teachers are really helpful and are passionate about their subject and motivate us to make changes in the learning experience .they provide helpful meaningful notes for students to prepare for exam.they do listen to students suggestions while teaching.

Dislikes

College canteen is not so good. the food they provide its not good
The average package is very low . last placements were not so good .
Hostels are not good there..students prefer more for pg and own flat,as hostels also don't have good mess as there foods are not good.

The Review Of UEM Kolkata

Likes

The library is having a good amount and different kinds of books journals.
The fest that occurs are nice and wonderful.
The faculty members are friendly and co operative.

Dislikes

The campus doesn't have a proper playground.
The size of the cafeteria is too small to accomodate all the students.
There is uniform system in the college which is not likable.

Placement Experience:

From seventh semester students become eligible for campus placements. Companies like TCS Infosys Cognizant visit in the campus. The average package is seven to eight lakhs per annum. My plans after getting the degree is to do job in the Corporate sector.

REVIEW OF UEM KOLKATA

Likes

The faculty members of our college is very helpful.
The library is very nice and there are many books which are helpful for us
The cafeteria of our college is very nice and we get fresh foods there .

Dislikes

There are no playing ground so that to play we must go outside from college
The college is so strict for uniform and students must pay for a huge for unifrom
There is so strict timetable in the college .

Placement Experience:

From seventh semester. There are many companies which are visited our college like - TCS, Wipro, infosis, Capgimeni etc etc and many others. The highest package is - 72 lpa from our college & the average package is 8 lpa. Almost 100% students are placed from our college My plan is to join MBA after my B.tech degree.

Outstanding review of our college

Likes

Libraries are too good ,various books are available
Sports club is very well equipped and have different accessories
Faculties are too good and supporting here.

Dislikes

There are no playground inside the college you have to move to some distance
Cafeteria space is too less, you cannot chill there freely
There is strict time table so you cannot hangout except recess.

A great review of my college UEM

The location of our college is very appropriate.
The faculity are highly qualified and very polite and have a great experience.
The discipline of this college is very good

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course I chose Computer science and technology is a very appropriate course dor me in this era and I am very very passionate about this things and the course gives me much more interest and knowledge... the faculty are very much available for all students every time and there is never ever such class where the faculty is bot coming. Most of the faculty is phd. some are ex iitans and some are the ex professor of iit . There are 2 term exam between a semester.

My college review for UEM Kolkata

Likes

The library has a vast collection of books for a particular subject
The research labs are well equipped with latest technologies

Dislikes

Timing is quite strict and we are not allowed to leave before time
The uniform is a bit uncomfortable and unbreathable

Placement Experience:

Students can sit for placements from the 7th semster of their course. Majority of the students gets placed and the recruitment process is quite straightforward. Companies such as TCS, Accenture, Cognizant, Infosys comes for placement

My Experience In My College

Likes

The teachers are very friendly. There are no restriction of attendance.
They'll provide all study material before the semester examination which is very helpful for the students.

Dislikes

The college campus do not have any playground.
College canteen is not so good. The food they provide its not good

Placement Experience:

From 6th semester students can eligible for campus placement. There come some we'll known companies like Wipro, TCS, Cognizant, Capgemini etc. Highest package got by students is 34 lpa. And average package is about 6 lpa.

A little summery about my dream college uem kolkata

Likes

Every sports are available so we can fit physically and mentally.
Wifi system are so we don't think about my internet connection
Lift is available it's a good thing for handicapped

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course is 4 year basically. I love technology and about science so I choose cse . Here techers are so friendly and they loved us very much They help you any time The ratio of teacher and student is 25:1. The teacher are so highly qualified and skilled some are completed studying from foreign . Their teaching method are so unique. My college timely conduct term exam.and questions are quite impressive

My personal experience on my college.

Likes

Best and affordable canteen food and environment...
Teachers are too good and highly qualified.
Teaching methods are advanced and innovative.

Dislikes

Few faculties are not so good.. unable to teach properly
Cultural atmosphere is not upto the mark...

Course Curriculum Overview:

Faculty student ratio is 100:3...the qualification of the maximum faculties are too good but few faculties not so good. Also the teaching methods are advanced. The passing criteria for the exams are strict enough.

Why am I getting so negative reviews about UEM Kolkata?

UEM Kolkata has been the highlight of negative views lately and here are the reasons:

It is fairly new and hasn’t reached any milestone yet which makes it unreliable according to the standards set in society. People don’t trust newly established private universities.
The entrance exam of UEM Kolkata is very easy and people pass it without any problem.
UEM Kolkata is new and therefore has no accomplishments and therefore uses the records of UEM Jaipur which makes parents skeptical.
The Institute has a very strict environment and therefore comes in the way of students who want to enjoy their college life. These students somehow convince their parents that the Institute is not good for them.
UEM Kolkata had issues with UGC(University Grants Commission) and is not recognized by the government and therefore it creates doubts about the degree among students.

These are some of the reasons why some students will be skeptical about joining UEM Kolkata. Talk to the students presently studying there as they can only provide you with the exact information. Try visiting the institute beforehand and decide for yourself.
