The scholarship also grants to good students, their placement training and assistance are brilliant, and our college is always ranked in the highest placement ratio.
Our college gives a huge opportunity to each and every student to get placed in the reputed company and they can a get a good idea of how the interview done
Teachers are really helpful and are passionate about their subject and motivate us to make changes in the learning experience .they provide helpful meaningful notes for students to prepare for exam.they do listen to students suggestions while teaching.

Dislikes

College canteen is not so good. the food they provide its not good
The average package is very low . last placements were not so good .
Hostels are not good there..students prefer more for pg and own flat,as hostels also don't have good mess as there foods are not good.

This college ia good for those who were unable to score good in Jee and finding a good college with pretty placements

University of engineering or UEM have achieved 100 percentage in incampus placements and with the proper salary package of starting package of rupees 30 thousand in starting.. I want to get a job in the corporate companies like tcs , accenture, capgemini

My college is best college

Likes

I like the faculty members they are actually so good and also the library there are so many books and the class room and campus are well maintained
Teaching skils are so good and the decipline is so good
In our campus there are so many labs and also there they prepare for government exam and so many extra curricular activities

Dislikes

Our college don't have any play ground that's why we can't play outdoor games
And the another thing that I think is so high is the fee structure if it would some less then it will be perfect

Placement Experience:

The best thing of uem and iem group is their campus placement.That is outstanding from 3rd year you can seat for placement and so many well known IT companies come to hire students like tcs, Wipro, Infosys, cognigent, Accenture etc

Likes

The atmosphere of college is very beautiful and attractive.

Dislikes

The timing is very annoying. It starts from 9 30 to 4 15

Placement Experience:

From 3rd semester students become eligible for campus placements . Many companies like Wipro, TCS , cognizant etc. Average package is 12 lakh per anum . I want to study m.tech then I work in any company

Untold experience

Likes

There is no ragging in the college. Strict actions are taken for ragging
Teachers are friendly and they understand the students

Dislikes

There is a language barrier in the university
There is no campus life, it basically feels like school

From 7th semeser students become eligible for campus placements. Companies visited: cognizant, capgemini, deloite, wipro, amazon, flipkart and many more Average placement is 5 lakh This year only 60 people got placement

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because of many job opportunities. Faculty: student is just ok. Very friendly and well educated faculties. There are two terms exam during a semester and a semester exam at last. If you follow class, it is not difficult to pass the exam.

I liked only few things that is Discipline,
Some faculty members are also good , they teach well
Class rooms have ac which gives us comfort

Dislikes

Some faculty members have ego..they don't teach well
They have dirty and small washrooms..they don't clean them
They don't have proper facilities for drinking water

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choosed bca because through bca u will get a high chance to work in the corporate world.. 1:76 is the faculty student ratio.. Teachers are qualified they teach well they also clear the doubts of each and every individual students.. Exam occur after every one month we have our mid sem and after that after 4 months only we have our semester exams..the paper is very tough..it's becomes very tough for the average students to pass...they design vary hard and tough paper

Honest review of UEMK.

faculty members : the faculty members are very good .. there behaviour is good enough.
clubs : there are many clubs in our college which you can participate in.
events : there are number of events held in our college

Dislikes

Lots of subject : i think they teach us a lot of unwanted subjects
programming faculty : the facultuy of coding is not good at all
small campus : the college campus is very very small

Placement Experience:

from the 7th semester students are prepared for placement exams.. and in 8th semester they get them. by our colege officials every student gets minimum one job opportunity. you should regularly upgrade yourself for placements

My First College Review

Likes

The faculty members are very carefully of our future.
The campus of our college is very beautiful. It has a good restrictions.
Here we can everything. Everyone encourage us to perform well.

Dislikes

There are some rules which I dislike. Like proper uniform with proper shoes.
Time has a big problem. 9 30 to 4 15 everyday. It is very difficult to maintain.

I was interested from my childhood. So I choose this stream. Huge amount of students studied here. Now also it increasing. Faculty members are also good . Here term exam held 30 marks for two times. It is very easy for those who read very carefully

My College Review :)

Likes

Laboratory Facilities for the computer science students
High Speed Free wifi, which is available for everyone
Library facility, which has a large number of books on a particular subject

Dislikes

The college is way too strict regarding the entry and exit times. Students cannot sit in the library during class hours
The uniform is very uncomfortable and the shirt is not at all breathable

Placement Experience:

As far as I think, from the 7th semester, students are eligible for placements. Every student gets atleast 1 job offer, with the max being 3. Companies like TCS, Accenture, Capegemini, Infosys and many other service based companies come to offer placement to us.

Why am I getting so negative reviews about UEM Kolkata?

UEM Kolkata has been the highlight of negative views lately and here are the reasons:

It is fairly new and hasn’t reached any milestone yet which makes it unreliable according to the standards set in society. People don’t trust newly established private universities.
The entrance exam of UEM Kolkata is very easy and people pass it without any problem.
UEM Kolkata is new and therefore has no accomplishments and therefore uses the records of UEM Jaipur which makes parents skeptical.
The Institute has a very strict environment and therefore comes in the way of students who want to enjoy their college life. These students somehow convince their parents that the Institute is not good for them.
UEM Kolkata had issues with UGC(University Grants Commission) and is not recognized by the government and therefore it creates doubts about the degree among students.

These are some of the reasons why some students will be skeptical about joining UEM Kolkata. Talk to the students presently studying there as they can only provide you with the exact information. Try visiting the institute beforehand and decide for yourself.
