Shyamlal has recieved various acclaimed reviews when it comes to academic integrity. Since I qualified for this college only that's why I chose this college. The program was aligned to my career as well. The liked the Campus culture when I visited the college before admission.
Because it has good faculty one of my acquaintance also did his graduation from the college and I got good feedback and secondly it was near to my home. In order to save commute time i took admission.
I opted University of Delhi because it's one of the prestigious universities in India and I came to know that students get a lot of exposure in DU.plus it's near Gurgaon. About my College.I took admission in Shyamlal because its NIRF ranking was 44 in 2019.and my percentage matched its cutoff. I won't say that DU is the best University or Shyamlal is the best college. because it's not. It's just that it teaches you to live by your own.stand on your feet. there's no spoon feeding sort of thing in colleges.and also college life is not what students fantasize in Schools. true you get that freedom you crave for. but it's really difficult to adjust in a totally new environment which is out of our comfort zone. Attendance is not such a big issue. but recently the University is being a bit particular about attendance.it just totally depends on your subject teacher. I'd just suggest try being part of societies. it'll add to your skill set plus it'd be fun.and I'd like to suggest this one thing which matters the most to me.'Choose a college which is near your house if you're not planning to reside in a pg/flat'.I have to travel straight 2 hours to reach my college.which means 4 hours a day is gone in travelling.and then you get so exhausted that anything you wanna do is 'sleep sleep and sleep'.so please choose a college which suits you. because a period of 3-4 years isn't less. believe me all colleges provide the same kind of education.just in more reputed colleges societies are more active and better.and also if you're getting admission in some college then don't wait for other cut offs. because there are chances you'll miss the opportunity to get admission in that college again. because cut offs get closed very quickly.so it's advisable to take admission in colleges as soon as it's cut off matches your percentage. The best thing is that bunking is not an issue here.no one will question you unlike private universities.
The teachers are very much experienced and have more than 10-15 experience. They have indepth knowledge of their subjects which helps us being at par with others. The course curriculum is relevant to the industry, but is not updated regularly which is a lack point.
Teachers are well qualified and helpful. The best faculty of DU there is a mentor given to the group of students anyone who wants help gets towards the mentor. The course didn't provide deep knowledge of a subject just an upper knowledge. So to be industry-ready I recommend joining an outside side by side course.
The campus crowd is much good than expectations Fest are also too good. Teachers are too much qualified, helpful, knowledgeable. The teacher are much experienced and helpful. Always ready to teach and guide students in every aspect.
All the faculties were good one and the course I pursue and their faculties were one of the best according to me. And facilities provide by the college were not much as a not proper cafeteria and study room is not air conditioned.
Delhi University is one of the best government university. Delhi university has its own specialization as students come from really to get education from here.I chose this college because it is convenient to get there from the place where I live. Also the teacher staff of this college from economics department is really good. The college has a good record in sportsamong Delhi University. I chose this score because there are many good careers which can be opted through this course. There is a good scope in career of economics.
