The college started providing BTech degrees in 2018, hence the 1st batch will pass out next year, but this year the diploma students were placed in PIE Infocom Pvt Ltd located in Lucknow with the highest package according to my internal reports of 7.5lpa, and the average is 3.5 lpa. The drives are still being conducted till now 8 students have been placed in this pandemic year. I myself wish to do M.Tech after getting the degree.

Ghani Khan Choudhury Institute of Engineering & Technology is an engineering college in West Bengal. To get enrolled in B.Tech program,the candidate should have 10+2 or equivalent from any recognized Indian Board. Then they will have to give the entrance exam and based on their merit in the exam they will be given the admission.

Candidates wanting to secure admission in college for B.tech course is through JEE examinations. The rank in that particular exam will decide the admission into this college. I chose this course particularly for my interest.

Admissions are purely made on the basis of merit in All India GKCIET Entrance exam or GET-III for the academic year in case of direct admissions. For vertical entry, the institute conducts a test and a candidate is required to clear the test for selection.The entrance exam is mandatory for admissions to candidates belonging to states other than West Bengal.

Candidates seeking direct admissions to full time B.Tech programmes, must have passed diploma course from any affiliated and approved institute/polytechnic with minimum 50% (45% for reserved category) marks. For vertical entry, a candidate must have passed Diploma course GKCIET with minimum 50% (45% for reserved category) marks.

I got admission on the basis of the entrance exam. Also, the university wants the 10+2 mark sheet. They also give admission if the candidate has a certificate Course from GKCIET. A merit list is created by the college because there are fewer seats for the course.

The eligibility criteria to get admission in this university is either candidate should have 12th class mark sheet or candidate should have a certificate from this university. It is easy to get admission in this college. Also to come in the merit list candidates have to give an entrance test which is conducted by the institution.

I also qualified my JEE mains exam and Ghani khan Institute of engineering and technology entrance test. We can also apply online and offline.

This is a course for 3 years and admission is on merit basis and entrance exam. I qualified my JEE mains and also I qualified the GKCIET entrance test. we should also have a good percentage in 10 + 2 examinations from a recognised school.
