The college always tries to enter into personal views. If you are a student of our college, you are prohibited from any political works, also you can not keep your personal opinion on the campus.
Course Curriculum Overview
It is mainly semester-based. Every year two semesters happen. In the first year, you have to study all curriculum in brief and from 3rd sem, you will get the opportunity to study your own departmental subject. A chance of stream change is available according to cgpa at the end of 2nd sem.
Placement Experience
Placement is almost about 100%. Computer Science & Electronics students almost get jobs. However Biotech is one of the poor placement subjects. Yes, there is a chance of an internship in college. You can also do projects with your faculty. Stipend, however, is not available. You have to pursue everything on your own.
College Events
All events of national importance are celebrated. Independence day & Republic day are celebrated in a warm manner. Holi is also celebrated. Two fests (technical events) are celebrated also here. One cultural fest named rectsasy is also celebrated here.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Expensive enough. Though it is a central government-regulated college, if you have a family income of more than 5 lakhs, then you have to bear almost 80000/- per semester. If you belong to SC/ST/PWD then no fees are required. If income is less than 1 lakhs per annum, there is also full remission of fees.2/3rd remission is available in case of family income 1-5 LPA.
Fees and Financial Aid
The loan is available by the State Bank of India inside the college. They will give your full fees as a loan and you have to return after getting placement. The scholarship is not offered by the college, but you may get it from outside or by any company coming to college.
Campus Life
Labs are good. They are well-maintained. All facilities are available. Sports is compulsory in the first year. You may choose your favorite sport which you want to practice. All sports are available, you have to choose only one.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel is compulsory. Facilities & infrastructures are good enough. However food quality is medium. One day you may get good food but from the next day, you will get bad quality food. Better if you can buy food on your own from canteen inside the campus.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes, they are helpful. Senior students will always help you with lab work. They may help you personally whenever you need them. Alumni visit campus regularly and give their costly opinions. Ph.D. Scholars also help us by taking tutorial classes.
Admission
At first, we have to crack Jee mains. Then after several rounds of counseling, you will get your college and stream according to your rank. Then you have to report to the college to admit & then you are eligible to study here.
Faculty
Nice. They are helpful enough. They are extremely high educated. They are also very student-friendly. They give you the opportunity to come to their room to clear doubts individually. However, assessment is very strict here.
