Remarks
This is one of top 7 NITs. It's a very prestigious college and the placement is good here too. The college campus is really nice and the infrastructure is top class. The college environment, fest Jim and all other things are provided by this college.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course syllabus is is really helpful for joining industries are for GATE exams and the distribution of the subjects throughout the semester I really good and in industrial exposure it really helps a lot. But the syllabus should be framed and revised since it is not perfectly good but still it is not that bad also. Faculties both good and average. Question is not on their qualifications but the teaching skills.There are some professors who you are really aged and ritual. The new teachers are good as well but still as in all universities are colleges this college contains some below average teacher too.
Placement Experience
in mechanical 83% students get placed last year about all the CSE and it students are placed and the placement in other departments are good as well and the thing is that even mechanical student can apply for software company having the CGPA more than 6.5 which is really good and everyone can change their dreams and get jobs since we get really good companies coming into the college campus.
College Events
Technical cultural management festival all types of festivals are really very very good in this college and the clubs in the college are really good and the participation is to encourage the young students and help the young students to get the field of what are real college should be and the college life awesome life this is next to Paradise to NIT students to them this is there I don't know but maybe first home for this four years the second one.
Fees and Financial Aid
Inside the nit only you can take the study loan from the bank are from outside also study loan is available. And the loan interest may vary from bank to bank in my case it is 12.5% per annum. And with that study loan the mess fees is also included and we can also take laptop from this study only.
Campus Life
The college infrastructure over last 2-3 years has improved a lot and it is really nice the Wi-Fi is provided to every student in the hostel though it is not provided in the campus free outside the hostel but I believe within some years it will be provided to some new buildings are constructin under construction and within few use IT infrastructure will reach its peak.
Hostel Facilities
I wouldn't say the hostels are best specially for Indian students but I wouldn't complain it because we get Wi-Fi as much as number of fans we need the mess food are really good apart from hall 11 and we don't have any problem in our hostel overall I would rate it 8 out of 10 or 7 out of 10.
