Remarks

College management is good in fact very good. Good management of batches, pretty well distribution of students in batches, fine online support You can check your attendance, time table online In addition well maintained library and online support of library is also good one can reissue books online, download e-books, go through journals and much more Class rooms are well maintained. security is very good, one cannot break into college easily.

So far as I can understand Course are industry oriented. One can aim for research as well

Being a student of 1st year I don't know much about internships.

Talking about Applied Petroleum branch placements are almost 90% with average package of 9 lacs.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is a little expensive if academics were very good it was okay.

Campus Life

Campus life is overall fine student Chapters organised vast amount of extra curricular activities it never feels like extra curricular activities are low this part of the colleg is very good. A good sports ground is also there where u can play football,cricket ,volley ball, kabbadi etc.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel seats are very few I couldn't make it to hostels nearby PG's are of same rate with better facilities.

External Expense: Rs.4000 - Rs.7000

Alumni/Alumna

There is a network of alumina being fresher I don't know abt it. Seniors are helpful we have access to them through student chapters.

Faculty

Faculty is overall good but there are some disappointments like newly passed out post graduates. They may have knowledge but they clearly lack experience by a greater mark.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because of its affordability and the teaching quality of this college is good . They helps in choosing the real life application based projects . Teaching methods are impressive but they don't provide notes . We have make notes by attending class regularly. Frequency and timings of exams are of 3 hrs. For each subject . Difficulty level is moderate and students can prepare it well in the gap days also .

IIT Roorkee is the best one can get on overall basis.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement starts in Semester 7 and 8 for can say, in the last of graduation. HUL,TCS, Microsoft,JP Morgan and many huge companies visit campus for placements. Highest pakage in placement goes around 1.5 crore annually to lowest pakage around 8 LPA. Companies mainly comes for SDE role. But apart that few comes for PM, Data Science, Consulting profiles as well.

I always loved coding and learning about new technologies. Also, jobs in CS/IT department are paid high. The faculty and student ratio is on the medium side. Faculties are highly qualified from IIT and top private colleges. They are very helpful and have a great pedagogy.

Best college of uttrakhand

Remarks:

A very good college. There is no spoon feeding scene like that of private institute. As good ranking students are there you can have a good academic competition which will nurture your ability and groom to you be a better engineer.
