Remarks
Applied at BHU for BA LLB and cleared the entrance. But also cleared cutoff for DRC, DU. Considering better exposure, I chose DRC, DU. No Admission is based on cutoffs(Merit). For Courses like Political Science Hons. the cutoff remains relatively high. Total 5-6 cutoff list gets released, with descending percentage requirement. I got admission in the first cutoff at 97% marks. First,, you need to register yourself. Then the cutoffs are released, if you are getting any college you apply. Then again at least 5 time new cutoffs are released.. one can apply and also transfer themselves to different colleges amid these. No, since things were online, No counselling was there.
Course Curriculum Overview
Due to my interest in the subject and wide career aspects Satisfactory Faculty Student Ratio - 1:90. Most are PhD in the subject matter. And have a rich teaching experience of more than 10 years. The teaching method is very friendly and conducive to students.
Internships Opportunities
Since I am in my first year, I have not experienced much about internships. But yes, my seniors share that they have got many fruitful internship opportunities.
Placement Experience
1st year, Decent Companies like Wipro, Colgate, Coco Cola , NGOs like umeed , Muskurahat offer placements in the college. Rest, Since, we are Political Science students mostly our focus is on higher studies so there is very less involvement with placement cell :)
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee is moderate considering the quality of education and learning- teaching experience we enjoy. No scholarships yet. But yes the college always comes forward whenever any student needs financial assistance.
Campus Life
Since We are in the batch of 23. We have not got an opportunity to visit the campus or enjoy the fests. Though, online, there are a series of workshops, webinars being conducted by the campus colleges and student run communities that are very beneficial.
