- Groupism:Being in such a college people still stay in groups and rarely interact.
- Placement: Opportunities could be provided in more just ways.
- Campus facilities:Several facilities could be provided in the campus which are very basic.
Course Curriculum Overview
The faculty-to-student ratio is great and won't face any shortage of teaching staff. There are ample facilities for teaching and for proper learning of the students The faculties are highly qualified. Exams in a semester consist of Mids, CA, and End-term.
Internships Opportunities
On-campus internships start during the 3rd year. Several companies come during the process and hire interns on the basis of tests and interviews. Although internship opportunities for the non-core branches are not so great.
Placement Experience
Placements are average. The circuital branches have a pretty good placement. Despite this most of the student gets placed On campus opportunities are present as a lot of companies visit the campus. The highest package this year was 70 lakhs.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees are pretty appropriate. There are waivers and scholarships available based on the family income of the students. For example- if you have a family income below 1 lakh, the tution fees are fully waived. Internships and placement take place through campus drives and off campus too.
Campus Life
The social life is pretty good. There are more than 20 clubs which consist of social and tech clubs. Books and journals regarding engineering are readily available. Classrooms are pretty good with all the necessary amenities (most have AC and projectors). The sports facility is not so great.
Hostel Facilities
There are several hostels which are allotted on the basis of year and whether you are an international student or not. Meal quality is okay and depends on the day (We have certain special items on specific days). Rooms are shared by 3 people.
Admission
The admission was pretty simple as we had to give JEE mains and secure a rank. After JEE Mains there were several rounds of allocation. Once you are allocated the college will convey the necessary details regarding the admission.
