Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course because I have an interest in this field and it gives us diverse career options problem-solving skills and hands-on experience. student-faculty ratio may vary across different departments and programs but has a good proportion. Nit Durgapur has a team of experienced and qualified professors who are dedicated to providing quality education. it is not difficult to pass the university exams if you have study well. there is mid term examination and end term examination for each semester which held in 3 months and 6 months, respectivelly.
Fees and Financial Aid
for entire UG program in NIt Durgapur costs 7 lakhs but it is not the same for all like students who belong to SC/st and have a family annual income of less than 1 lakh and have zero tuition fee. the students of Nit Durgapur, have some scholarship opportunities like the NSP National Scholarship Program and ONGC scholarship and other. studenst have opportunity to get the job and placement from the campus
Campus Life
We have Recstacy as the cultural annual fest and Aarohan as the tech fest and they are conducted in the months of February and March respectively. NIT Durgapur has a collection of more than 1.7 lakh volumes of books, including textbooks, reference books bound volumes of journals, and standards. it also provides a Wi-Fi internet facility. The classrooms at NIT Durgapur are equipped with modern amenities to facilate the learning, equipped free wifi speakers with microphone and other necessary infrastructure and college have wide range of labs, playrooms and restrooms. college have two sports ground for cricket and football and for other games like volleyball and badminton have indoor and outdoor court. and have well fascilty for all games and have gym for both girls and boys.
Admission
They must have completed 10+2 or an equivalent examination from a recognized board. They should have studied Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics is a compulsory subject in their 10+2 curriculum. Candidates must also appear for the relevant entrance examination (JEE) Main, Which is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA).
