Course Curriculum Overview
I have chosen a BTech 4-year course in which I have taken mechanical engineering. the faculty members are well-educated enough. Many of them are from this college only and have done their mtech in the same college. they will clarify all the doubts and separate cabins and departments are there for each course. for the 1st 3 months of each semester, a mid-term examination is conducted and in the 6th month end-term examination is conducted this whole semester.
Internships Opportunities
Internship starts from 3 years Many companies like Tata Jio, and Microsoft have given internships this year. many projects are given based on the departments they belong to the stipend is based on the company they get.
Placement Experience
From 6th semester students are eligible for campus placements. Like 70 to 80 companies visit and for nearly 700 650 members are placed this year placements are good enough. we have a placement percentage of 92% which is fairly good This year the highest package was 50 lakhs and this is from the marketing department. we can opt for higher studies also or else can go to the job.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees structure is based on the reservation we belong to for the OBC category the tuition fee is 16300 per semester and the hostel fees vary from 16000 to 19000 per semester for the open category it may vary from 50k to 70k.there will be different scholarships based on which category you belong to.
Campus Life
Aarohan and Recstacy are the annual tech fests conducted every year they are conducted generally in the months of March and June. There is a library which has the biggest number of books compared to other nits sports arena is there for all types of sports and auditoriums are also present. many clubs are also there like SAE, IEEE, Prakriti etc.
Hostel Facilities
Our hostel is on 6 floors and separate hostels are there for different year students Our girl's hostel rooms have 2 fans 3 beds,3 cupboards, and 3 reading tables The food is quite good enough. registration process is done on the days they are given. They will give 3 days for the process and we have to come and take the allotted rooms. the hostels are present inside the college boundary only all the hostels are inside the campus.
Admission
I have attended jee mains examination to get selected for this college and the cut-off was 79 % for the OBC category. I got 94% which was a good score for a girl. Girls had a 20% reservation for nits and iits All the application forms and fee details are available on each nit website. every NIT has a website where we can find all those things.
