Course Curriculum Overview
I can choose an electrical engineering course one of them is that I have knowledge of that field and interest in that course. In my college ratio between students and faculty is 200:5. All faculty members are well and and good they are well qualified from IITs and from very good colleges. The teaching method is 1 theory class and then a tutorial then after taking practical labs. 1 semester 4 times taking examinations and their marks are included then finally get the full semester result the level of examinations is very tough and not easy to get better scores.
Placement Experience
From 6 semesters students are eligible for a placement in the college. About 200 companies are coming to college for placements like Microsoft, jpmc, Infosys, etc. and some students get good placements from off-campus, this year's highest placement is 80 lakhs and the average is 9 lakhs. 90 percent of students get placed in companies after getting a degree I got a job in the tech company.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees are structured on the basis of family income certificate and all on the basis of caste and my family income is less than 1 lakh, so 1 semester's fee is 1 lakh and the college also provide scholarship and different kind of state-wise also provide.
Campus Life
The annual fest of my college is Arohan and recstacy they are conducted mainly in the month of March and April. All kinds of engineering and other general books can be provided by the college, about 12 lakhs books are present in the library, and the sports facility is also good in my college, all games are played and inter nit tournaments also held, about 22 clubs are present in my college like sae, IEEE, etc.
Admission
The eligibility criteria for admission is to sit in the entrance examination of JEE Mains and get a good percentile in that then after counseling get admission in that college NIT Durgapur. An application form is obtained from the online website of Jee and applying for the examination application fees depends on the category of student like for the obc 600. The application portal is mainly open in January and March, the exam frequency is 2 times per year. A lot of benefits get from reservations based on gender caste, and state quota. I think the reservation criteria take change because due to reservation deserving candidates can't get too many benefits from the exam at the level they deserve.
