Course Curriculum Overview
Faculty members are quite friendly and possess PhD degree. Academic pressure is moderate to slightly high (depends on student). You'll have Pre Mid term, Mid sem and Endsem exams. Overall you'll be able to get good marks once you go through the course material at least once.
Internships Opportunities
I am offered an Internship at Uber as a Business Analyst intern through campus placements. Professors and seniors along with the Training and Placement cell of our college guide us in availaing the desired project of our interest.
Placement Experience
In Final year, students are allowed to sit for placements. Average package for my branch (MME) is 8 LPA and maximum package is 14 LPA. I am planning to do job for some years and then pursue my PG and PhD after few years of gaining job experience.
Fees and Financial Aid
Scholarship is awarded at the State level and at National level by the respective governments. The Scholarship Cell of our college is really cooperative and handles this with extreme importance. Fee of our colleege increases at max 5% per year.
Campus Life
College life is excellent. You will get outdoor sports facilities including Yoga and Gym. Moreover 1 big ground (Ovals) is there where most of the competions of Cricket, Football etc takes place. Classrooms are quite good. The new academic building is fully equiped with AC.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel is not at all good. Some fans and lights are hanging which can lead to accident anytime. Thus it would be best for everyone to stay alert and avoid showoff with electrical equipments. Hostel Fee is also very high in terms of the amenities that are provided.
Admission
Admission is through JEE Main. The required rak for General category is 40000. In order to get CSE, you need to have a rank below AIR 10000. Through Reserved category, the minimum rank required is 150000 (for SC and OBC) and 200000 for ST. Cunselling occurs on JOSAA platform.
