Course Curriculum Overview
It is all good.but some improvement must be done such as in my mechanical department. some new courses should be introduced with related to new advanced technologies other wise.. it's all good with other branches. The exams are taken on regular Basis and is quite moderate. The faculties are always available.
Internships Opportunities
Internship opportunities are little bit good for the CSE department other than mine. The company that visited mine department are hero.csec.john deer.bis.tata.and still some company are coming now...the company offer upto 25000-40000 per month as the company needs the role .
Placement Experience
Campus placement is not very good for the current year as of recision in the market .but it is good for the core branches. Fir my branch highest recutor is the PWC and jsw companies taking almost 50-60 students from the batch..there average package approximately 10-12 lakhs
Fees and Financial Aid
Campus employment opportunity are not very good now as of recision is going on otherwise it's good upto 80% placement is there .or financial assistance there are some provisions.which you can avail in the college itself .and some states scholarship are also available by the west Bengal govt.
Campus Life
Infrastructure are quite good enough. saying for hostels or for academic building.also the club environment is good enough.many clubs are there you can join and enjoy for the four years of your life. There is SAC from where you can get the sports equipments.and recstacy is on the best cultural fest of our college
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facilities are different for different hostel.my hostel is good .not perfect but can be comfortably accomodated.also in one room 3 students are allowed to stay .and mess is there in each hostels.tge registration is done in the college itself.
Admission
The addmission process is quite easy and is done by jossa councelling. In my opinion this is one of the best college in NIT and was under 6 in all NITs ranking when I joined. Most flourishing department is obviously the CSE department but all other are also very nice.
