Course Curriculum Overview

4

Our university prides itself on its exceptional academic program, achieving an impressive rating of 9 out of 10. Designed by our esteemed faculty, the curriculum seamlessly incorporates cutting-edge technology to enhance student learning. Operating on a two-semester system with only one midterm assessment per semester, staying committed to attending classes regularly and actively participating in coursework guarantees that midterms remain easily manageable.

Internships Opportunities

3

Internship opportunities fluctuate depending on students' preferences, whether they lean towards research or industry. Typically, companies visit the campus in the third year to offer industrial internships, with students undergoing an application process, including assessments, to secure these positions. Meeting the criteria usually results in straightforward selection. In contrast, securing research internships often involves a more complex and detailed process.

Placement Experience

4.5

The college boasts a robust alumni network, providing students with valuable opportunities to establish meaningful connections and seek career guidance from esteemed former graduates. The campus is outfitted with state-of-the-art facilities, including advanced laboratories, extensive libraries, and recreational areas, all meticulously crafted for student utilization.

Fees and Financial Aid

The tuition fees for all programs and academic years are set at 62,500 INR per semester and 5 lakhs for the entire undergraduate program. Initial semester expenses total around 1,15,000 INR, followed by subsequent semesters averaging about 83,000 INR. These expenses include hostel accommodations (7,000 INR), a meal plan (20,000 INR), and additional fees for medical, library, and computer facilities.

Campus Life

3.5

Our campus radiates an exceptional ambiance, flaunting top-tier infrastructure within its compact layout. Boasting three auditoriums, two outdoor recreational areas, and the impressive SAC auditorium, it even includes a serene duck pond, perfect for unwinding in the evenings. The library stands as a focal point of knowledge, with a vast collection of over one lakh books and offering high-speed WiFi access. Operating from 5 am to 10 pm, it caters to diverse study routines. Beyond academics, the college hosts a plethora of sports events, spanning Inter NIT tournaments, Hit Hall competitions, and inter-branch contests, including eSports. A lively club culture encompasses technical societies like GLUG, RECurrison, Math and Tech, CCA, SAE, IEEE, ISTE, along with cultural groups such as Strokes, Dance, Music, and Prakrit. Festivals like E-SUMMIT, AAROHAN, AAVISHKAR, and RECSTACY mark the academic calendar, injecting excitement into campus life year-round.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

During their initial two years, male students reside in either Hall 11 or 14, while female students are housed in Hall 10, and international students are assigned to Hall 12. In the first three years, rooms are shared by three students, transitioning to individual rooms in the fourth year, albeit with a decrease in quality. The dormitories are adequately furnished for first-year students, but subsequent years witness a decline in quality. Amenities such as desks, lamps, lockers, fans, and cots without mattresses are provided. Recreational facilities encompass badminton and table tennis courts, as well as chess and carrom boards. Nevertheless, the dining hall menu lacks diversity, posing challenges for students from South India due to its repetitive weekly offerings. Fortunately, nearby eateries like DFC and Wondercafe offer alternative dining choices. First-year students are subject to campus restrictions and must obtain prior authorization to leave the premises.

Admission

1. Success in gaining admission to college rides on excelling in the JEE Mains exam, necessitating a firm command of core concepts and adept problem-solving skills. 2. Your chances of admission to college largely hinge on your performance in the JEE Mains exam, which demands a strong foundation in fundamental concepts and adept problem-solving abilities. 3. Attaining admission to college relies heavily on how well you perform in the JEE Mains test, which requires a solid grasp of fundamental principles and proficient problem-solving skills.

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.
