Course Curriculum Overview
Choosing MBBS was not the passion. They say medical life is good but still it sucks at few places. The curriculum is quite good but not that good as expected before entering this course. The course supports it.
Internships Opportunities
Internship opportunities is nice when you select this course , it may be any government college. There will be three shifts And the intern doctors will always be present and can ask for their suggestions whenever concerned.
Fees and Financial Aid
We have to pay 27500 during admission as college fee and 10000 as hostel fee and also 9000 as caution fee for hostel provided.During exams we have to 5000 as registration fee for university examination for particular years.
Campus Life
Campus is better when compared to other college's campuses. If they given funds from government is utilised properly and thoroughly the infrastructure may also become still better. Club activities are limited as there is no ground!!
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facilities are good when it comes to water supply and food sometimes. But the problem is excess of fungus seen everywhere and more in rainy and Masson season. My bed too got fugus so should change now.
Admission
As I got alloted in 1st round of kea counselling in kodagu institute of medical sciences , i didn't think much as my friend also got alloted the same college. Like this it happened to here without going for the next round.
Faculty
Facilities are good enough. We basically have three subjects anatomy physiology and biochemistry. Anatomy is quite strict but they are all good. Biochemistry is a chill department when comapered to other two. Physiology is worst!!
