I wrote AIEEE exam and I scored 201 marks for which I got 13,635 AIR Rank we had a counselling for opting different colleges like that i got into NIT DURGAPUR and i opted for Electrical Engineering.

It is divided into 8 semesters for first and second semesters course syllabus is common to everyone from third semester DEPARTMENTAL (Mine Electrical) subjects will commence on our Electrical engineering syllabus is divided into 6 semesters so that we can go through every topic thoroughly in third and Fourth semesters we have Basic Electrical knowledge in depth from semester there will be OPEN ELECTIVES again in 7th semester we have Departmental electives out of which we can select our interesting subject in seventh semester we also have a SEMINAR and PROJECT WORK in 8 th semester also there will be an open elective and PROJECT WORK 2, SEMINAR 2.This is the course cirriculum.

I have not got internship from my college,I applied off campus i completed my internship in Vizag Steel Plant it was a memorable experience attending various departments in steel plant many companies offered internship from various departments we have mostly Software Companies for our Electrical Engineering some companies like L&T, GODREJ etc came stipend will be based on individual performance.

Students of the Institute organnize and participate in different types of techno specific managerial and cultural activities round the year through a number of students' bodies/clubs such as Students Gymkhana,, Literary Circle(LC), Centre for Cognitive Activities (CCA), GNU/Linux Users Group, Prakriti, Enteract and so many like this RECSTACY is one of the biggest cultural extravanza in the college, to holding a biannual CINEFEST the Gymkhana activities have diverge range.

I think it i not so expensive when compared to other colleges it is feasible tution and Other compulsory fees for all branches 1.31,017 for 1st semester 2.24100 for 2nd, 4th and 6th semester 3.24817 For 3rd, 5th and 7th semester 4.24300 for 8th semester mess fees are payable monthly as per mess demand Rs.2000 approx.

I have applied for state scholarship which is based on my intermediate marks which should be above 965 in my time now it may be different.Yea you can know about these clearly in our college.

Yea it good to have alumni network because they help us mainly at the time of placements they are very helpful and they will guide us in choosing a secure and perfect future step which is good for us.

It was not too hectic It is ok but not very chiled out there will be two exams in a semster one will for 30 marks and another main exam for 70 marks exam structure is good.
