Remarks

Overall i can say that yhe college is in its developing stage. So there are some negative points obviously.but yes .our new director seems to be doing a lot of work to get our college a good infrastructure and also improve its ranking, we just hope for the beat of facilities for us

Course Curriculum Overview

3

Presently,we are having a new curriculum which is much beter thsn the previous one meeting new standards of the industry requirement thiugh the time when i was enrolled.the course structure was very old and needed to be revised and so necessary steps were taken.

Placement Experience

4

Since the last year, the placement and internship opportunities have been very good as compared to previous years.over 150 companies visited the campus. A lot of candidates from the 3rd year got the intership offer and also are being offered ppo with a handsome pay package

College Events

4

A lot of events and fests are organized by the different clubs of the college The CCA club organizes the fest named Aarohan. its a techno managemwnt fest, the wnd largest in east india The mntc club organizes Ank. a mathematics related fest Other clubs organize Cryptic. one related to coding. other one is verve.there are even more of them.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Well the college has the fee structure divided as per the family income of the candidate.the candidates having family income less than 1 lakh per annum do not pay the tuition fees whereas those having between 1 and 5 lakhs per annum pay 1/3rd of the tuition fee and above 5 lakh family income candidates pay the entire tuition fee of 1,25,000 per year.so more or less its feasible.

Fees and Financial Aid

The college provides scholarship to the economically unfavoured candidates and also to candidates from the reserved category. Sonce i haven't availed any scholarship so o do not have a clear idea regarding the same but yes some toppers of each branch are also provided with opportunites not necessarily by the college but from outside also

Campus Life

3.5

Regarding the labs well in my department the lab is very old with very old apparatus and machines seems like they have been never changed since the college was made so definitley they need improvement regarding the computer labs they are quite good with new machines and all the required technologies. one most attractive thing about our institute is that it has a high voltage lab which is very rare in our country and was the first HV lab of our country too.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes our seniors are very helpful amd we can always go to them whenever in need .we indeed have a cell called Centre for alumni affairs and international relations which helps us to keep in contact with the alumnus of our college so that they can also help us to get internships/jobs through their recommendations or maybe just guide us for a better future

Admission

On clearing the jee mains exam getting a rank required for the course i am in and then choice filling of the colleges i want to opt and then by seat allocation by JoSAA led me to this college. The year in which i appeared for the exam had also considered the class 12 board exam results for deciding the rank.

Faculty

2.5

More or less the faculties are good and expirienced in their fields but not all.as far as my exprience with the electrical department faculties, some are very well learned and expirenced and they provide ample amount of knowledge and one would definitely love to attend their classes.whereas a few of them are equally less liked by all due to various reasons

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

Course Curriculum Overview:

It's my decision from class 12 that I will do civil engineering, so I chose the civil branch, the course curriculum is well and the teaching level is good but the main problem is lab, there is very limited classes for lab, so I think they should improve there.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.
