I would say that this is something that depends from person to person. Someone coming from a middle class may find it a but expensive. But there a large number of loan options which are available and can be easily taken by the students.

Yes there are scholarships which are given to the students on the basis of merit. You need to have an overall GPA of 9 or above. It's is also given to the top 3 students of every branch and really helps a student financially. Yes there are loans that can be availed by all the students.
