IIT Patna Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

The placements are pretty good mainly for cs field,it was huge around 40lpa was provided in placements. when it comes down groups like metallurgy,civil etc was decent compared to other institutes. placement rate of cs passed out students is around 99percent

I am intrested about Artificial intelligence from its beginning. So, I have chosenn the field to read and create a career in that field. The curriculum is designed to tackle the real world problems and situations. I can easily secure a nice job in that field. The teachers are really encouraging and help us to apply the concepts to real world problems

I plan on doing a job after completing my degree,but the placements have not been very good this year because of recession and other parameters,I don't have insights about the companies which offered no jobs but companies like Flipkart, sprinklr, samsung, Accenture ect comes to our college,this year's highest package is nearly 65lakhs and avg package is 12 lakhs.nearly 85 percentage of the students sitting for jobs get placed.studebts are eligible for getting jobs from 4rth year and 2nd and 3rd years are allowed for internships.

Ya if you are from cs branch you will surely get placement heren I think most of CS branch senior got package of 40 lakh and one of the senior got 2 crores of package . Basically I am satisfied with package here

for placements officially in 4th year people are placed but some people depending upon theoir skills also get some PPO pre placemnt offers in 3rd year. companies visited are Google ,oracle,paytm ,hdfc,many more. i don't have much information regading actual placement stats so you can google it for nore genuine answers. in cs,electrical ,mechab=nical there was 100% placement ad approx 80 and 70 % for civil and chemical departments respectively. my plan is to crack UPSC after my btech graduation because i want to work on ground level for our country's development.

the campus place is very greatful. the average package for the CSE branch is 33LPA and the highest package is 80 LPA. Oracle , Paytm , Amazon , HDFC Bank companies visited this campus. after third year student become eligible for the campus placements. around 100 percent of students getting the placements.

Campus Placements are the main attraction for students taking admission in IITPatna. Students from 7 th semester are eligible for on-campus placements. Companies like Google , Atlassian , Flipkart , Sprinkler and many more offer internship oppurtunies and placements on regular basis. In CSE departments the placement rate is 100 percent.

Placements of my branch till last uear were 10 percent .this year we saw some decrease and hardships in placemmenyts .Less companies are visiting the campus so,the competition is quite high. Students become eligible for placements from final year. my plan after geetting the degree is geting a secured job .Highest package was 82 lacs and and average being 23 lacs.About 150 companies visit the campus and total offers are around 400 . The roles are varied according to different branches

Right now I am in Indian institute of technology patna here facilities and faculty is fine a verey good circumstance nature everything is fine I'm in chemical engineering branch in my branch my faculty members are verey supportive in my college the placements are very good think so my seniors have got a very good placements in future also may be , in my college we can explore with many of club irrespective of branches example I am an chemical engineering student iam interested in coding then we have coding clubs also being an iitian I can experience all activities because of college of we study good we have many options to go whatever we want IIT experience is to good studing in IIT give very good experience for students with lots of memories and placement etc.. a very good faltform for students that who wants to succeed in life with good package and all in iits every branch is equal to me because we can learn anything with our interests and I thinks it's a very good faltform for std

The placements in iits are generally good. Even in IIT Patna placements are decent. Students from 7th semester are eligible for placements. Many companies visited campus like Google, microsoft, Tata, Deshaw, Amazon, Flipkart ect. The highest package for mechanical engineering was around 4500000 and average was 1200000 in the year 2022 it was 100% and in the year 2023 it was 74%. I am aiming to become a data scientist
