When I have taken the Admission last year the fee for 1st year was 16625rs and now am iam in 2nd year in which the fee reduces to 13325rs ( as it some charges only have to pay in first year only). But from now the 1st year feec increased a bit to become 19625rs. Jamia provides scholarship for the top 3 higest SPI student after every year.

The Overview of Life a Jamia's Life

In first year the fees will be 16550, for 2nd year it will be 13550, for 3rd year it will be 14800 and for 4th year it will be 14550 approx. Tution fee = 2200, Examination fee = 1000, Lab caution fee = 200, Library/Lab fee = 800, Games fee = 600 and others. For other non self financed courses the 1st and 2nd year fees were same but the third year fees is 13550. There is a Alumina Association scholarship.

Fees is taken during admission time 16625 Tution fees is 2000 and lab caution money 600 , sports fees is 1000 and other fees is 13028 No scholarship present for general caste And for general caste cutoff is very high in university

The very good thing in my college that the fees for my engineering course is very less which a poor student can also afford and become engineer in less money.

Academic schedules and syllabus are so busy in this University which makes little bit difficult for a student to do other co -curriculum activities to learn some other skills also .

I have got admission this year in Jamia Millia Islamia University and I paid 16625Rs fees for my btech course which is very cheap compare to the other universities which offers same course for lakhs of tution fees per annum. This 16625Rs fees includes all fees like tution fees, caution fees, registration fees, admission fees, development fees , lab fees and other compulsory charges during the course completion and this fees is for all category student despite of his reservation in admission. My batch mates also pay the same fees for our same course and yes scholarships are also available which is both reservation based and merit based one can apply for scholarship who is eligible for any scholarship scheme.

The good and bad

16625/-yearly for all categories ,total 66500 for four years .All the batchmate has the same fees ,there's no change for the category. There are lots of scholarships available ,because th college is 25 NIRF ranking

Fees of my course is approx 65000 for four year. It is comparitively very less to private colleges at private colleges charges 10 to 12 lakh but JMI has very less fees which makes my college best in terms of RETURN OF INVESTMENT.

Life at JMI “inner talks”

The average fees comparing other engineering colleges is very low so the ROI here us very high the campus is really beautiful they have personal libraries and reading halls in every departments and so many different canteens

The fees here as compared to other engineering colleges is very low for a year the fees is 16000 and for the complete course the total fees cones out to be 64000 which is affordable if some ppl cant afford it jamia provides scholarships for them too

Is Jamia good or bad? ????

This is the point where Jamia shines, the yearly fee in my course is 15000rs, yes, a bit unbelievable but it's true, everything included, perks of a central university. Lots and lots of scholarships are available, just have to avail. Campus employment opportunities are mid, companies do come, there's a placement cell too, but not the big names, small companies come, but they all give useless CTCs, you cannot even survive in that amount, so not so good on the placement front.

The affordability of this university is one of its greatest qualities. Btech is a professional course however it is quite cheap as compared to other top government or privates colleges in the rest of the country The annual fees is just 16k including all the charges. The university provides hostel facilities that are also quite cheap however the no of hostels is less. The university also provides various scholarships for the economally backwards section and help aid their education
