- The faculty of our department is very nice. they have very strong knowledge of the subject and also they are involved in very good research project.
- Yes college also provide many scholarships to students and they were too helping.
- "hillfair"-this is the cultural festival of the college two unforgettable nights filled with fun, joy, laughter, entertainment, learning, bonding, interacting with batchmates as well as seniors for the overall growth.
Dislikes
- The placements of my college have became quite bad gradually, and they have fallen quite badly .
- Hostels and their washroom are in pathetic condition. mess food is also not up to the mark . overall hostel condition is not good. almirah and chairs are broken ,
- Teachers and staffs are bit of biased to the himachal pradesh

The course curriculumn is relevant according to chemical eng which is required in fields industries if u are interested in this branch then go for it .The curriculum prepares well the chemical engineers for industries

From 5th semester students become eligible for campus placements and many companies visit our campus and numerous offers are made by them highest package of our campus is 65 lpa on campus in my branch that is computer science engineering nearly 95% of students are getting placed and my plans after getting the degrees to get placed in a well established MNC with a good package

- the campus life at NITH is very beautiful ,the weather is always cool and pleasant
- the faculty member at the institute is also very supportive so that students get best learning environment

- generally the NITH campus is very away from main Town so there is only Bus Transport facility there
Placement Experience:
after 6th semester the placements begins at NITH many Tech companies visit at NITH like Amazon , Flipcart, Paytm,samsung,oracle ,infosis etc.The highest palcement package is 1.73 crore in 2023 and average package is about 15 LPA about 80% of students got placed and also many of students opt for higher studies, i try to get placement if i get and not then go for higher studies

From the 7th semester students get the oportunity for the placements .
The placement here are not so good you have to try for off campus placement for a good placement.Nearly eighty percent of the student get placement.

- Campus Life is very good ..fest and all... it feels great being here.
- Good people.Inside the campus you will feel close to nature.
- Scenary of the campus is good ...that's what I like .
Dislikes
- Food is very bad 90 percent of the times which cause problem for freshers.
- Faculties are not motivated to teach..neither the lab staff cares to teach they are just there for getting there money.
- Facilities are not good ..campus is located in remoted area where you have to walk 2 kms our or campus to get to the closest market.
Placement Experience:
Most of the students go for IT placements..because this college do not offer kuch opportunities for circuits branches like ee and ece due to which either you can get IT placement or prepare for government exams..I m not saying that there are no companies for core ..but they are not that good and not that much ..compared to IT companies.

- The beauty of campus is appreciable,nit Hamirpur has the most beautiful campus in India
- The new classrooms have extremely good facilities
- The library of nit Hamirpur is full of modern facilities
Dislikes
- The remote location of nit Hamirpur is a major drawback
- The mess food is not good there is very less variety in food
- There are so many restrictions especially for first year and girls
Placement Experience:
The highest package offered during NIT Hamirpur placements 2023 stood at INR 173 LPA, which was offered to the student of BTech CSE branch. Further, a total of 690 students were placed out of 952 eligible students during NIT Hamirpur placements 2023. Apart from this, a total of 713 offers were made during NIT Hamirpur placements 2023.

- Campus is also very good one can enjoy his her campus life

- Hostel are not that much we does not get private toilets for a room
- Campus is very big you can easily get tired throughout the day
Course Curriculum Overview:
Course is good if you want to develop your career in core.and Faculty is also good and well qualified. They have very good knowledge in their fields and they worl very hard for the students so that they can become good engineers
