NIT Srinagar Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

From the 5th semester, students become eligible for campus placement. HDFC and Amazon are some of the companies who visited the campus and the average package is about 8 lpa. About 80%students sit in the placement. I want to pursue MBA.

There are many opportunities in NIT Srinagar as per job is concerned.Many companies visit here every year and took the students based on coding or branch companies.The students become eligible for 1st year.I dont know the names of companies but literally speaking there is some scope in NIT's.Talking about my Mechanical engineering branch , the highest package at 1 time is 72 lakh and average package is 7 lakh.The percentage of students getting placement is around 80_90% almost . After completing my degree, i will prepare for GATE first and will also prepare for job placements outside( off ) campus.

Semester 6 makes students eligible for placement all types of companies offer placements like Microsoft Google Amazon and Deloitte and government sectors. The highest package was 42 lpa and on average all branches about 9.2 lpa students get placed above 50 per cent. I intend to do a placement

The placements are pretty fine. Average placement goes up to 9 Lakhs per annum and the highest in the institute goes up to 55 lakhs per annum. Mechanical engineering's highest is 26 LPA and the least goes to 3-4 Lakhs.

If you prepare well and are serious about your placement then you have good opportunities for placement on campus placement is also good and you can also apply for the off-campus placement you got a priority.

In NIT, Srinagar faculty members are very good because they are cooperative with students while they are teaching. Their teaching method is very brillia6which make helps to get a good placement and a job after completing a course from nit srinagar.

My course is btech civil engineering in national institute of technology Srinagar. I choose this course because of its very high scope everywhere. we have an excellent faculty of civil engineering at nit srinagar. Our teachers teach us really good.

Because I was interested in doing engineering. The student-faculty ratio is very good i.e.50:1, All the teachers are very qualified with Ph.D. from IITs. Exams are always held on time and basically, it will be easy to pass if we focus on our class.

The placement of the college is quite good means high for CSE, IT and ECE but also quite good for Mechanical and Civil and not so good for Chemical and Metallurgy. The highest package is 43 lpa and an average of 9lpa. 70-80% of students get placed easily. I will go for GATE to join PSUs.

From the beginning of the 7th semester, all students become eligible for campus placements. There are so many companies like ACC, Accenture, Adani, ALSTON, Amazon, Bajaj, big basket, blog vault, brillo, Byju's, Chegg, cognizant, Deloitte, EIL, Gail, Google, HDFC bank, Honda, IBM, InCREFF, Inforsis, JFW, jungle works, Microsoft, maruti suzuki, Nippon steel, ONGC, NTPC, IOCL, BPHL, HPCL, BHEL, DRDO, Kirloskar Oil, NHPC, WIPRO, Vedanta, TCS, Mahindra & Mahindra, TATA MOTORS, etc.
