I like the teachers like dr.sheena she is one of the best teacher here .
Placements and internship opportunities are good. research support is also very strong. bangalore is nearby hence a lot of companies visit for campus placements
Fees are somewhat high but a lot of scholarship opportunities are there for students, especially college fee is free for those whose annual income is less than one lakh and third for those less than five lakhs

Dislikes

There was a lack of transparency while choosing college hostel.
Hostel food is not good, actually veg mess food is not good at all
There are not lot of thing which i dislike its just two which i mentioned above.

A journey worth sharing

Remarks:

Nothing much to say about the college its very good college in the coastal karnataka region and is very much known and filed with lots of north indians, the facilities provided are very good and canteen is also veyr good.

Remarks:

Being in such a great college is one of the best thing that has ever happened to me.We have learnt a lot of things after coming here and still we are counting .Just I would like to mention that this is one of the best college one can get.

NITK Surathkal is the cultural and historical college since 1960.

Remarks:

Our college is the only college in India which have its own private beach, and the beach is very awesome. It takes hardly 10 minutes from hostels to reach the beach via shortcut route. NITK has lots of greenery and snakes too. All the necessary goods are available on the campus itself, but it takes 30 minutes to reach to Mangalore city where we have malls and theatre.

Best engineering college in India

Remarks:

The environment in this college is really great. The classrooms hostel rooms and the lab I've really great and work so well. This college as in private beach to which is really amazing. I don't think any other College in Karnataka has a private beach. Where's the best place if you are a Karnataka resident.

Heaven in earth

Remarks:

The college has a poor boy and girl ratio. The boys are more in strength. Their own private beach is really awesome and you can almost go there at any time whenever you want. Dream place

Remarks:

Being India's top college it is a perfect place to study degree course. The problem is my class ration between bots and girls inmy batch is 10:1 which is major draw back for fee people.

Great college and studying atmosphere

Remarks:

The college is good and is in the best place I could imagine it would be. The management is working great on working with this national college as they have to take care of each student which is really hard. And I would say that the college is awesome.

NIT Surathkal is one of the premium engineering colleges in India. It has an amazing faculty pool with top-notch infrastructure. Many big companies visit the campus for placements. The campus is huge with all basic amenities like hostels, health care centers, sports facilities, etc. Students are provided with 24/7 internet facility and also basic facilities like water and electricity.

The campus life is very dynamic with many technical and cultural events taking place on campus. Your peers are mainly people who couldn't make it to IITs but are very talented. Moreover, you get to experience the breathtaking view of the Arabian Sea.

NIT Surathkal organizes one of the best Cultural Fest Incidents every year. Additionally, many startups have been founded and co-founded by NITKians which has improved the startup culture to a great extent. Ultimately, college is more about what you learn and experience!
