Availabities of scholarship can be used widely to get financial help.
There are annual fest all year and other celebration over the special occasions .coming to sports it supports sports very well it's a good college join and see why should i ruin the surprise, i hope you all enjoy it
Campus , the faculty members are very friendly and they help there best for the students

Dislikes

Politics is sometimes misused , so fights used to be there. Still manageable
Some teachers seem not to care or are too full of themselves and reduce internal marks for basically nothing
Anyone can go inside the campus and there is no restrictions

College of engineering thalassery

Likes

College gives equal importance for academic and cultural activities
Sports club for this college is very active. Everyone can participate in sports
College union is very friendly and they will be there for any help

Dislikes

Some staff are rude and they will discourage any extra activities
Lab equipments are less and lab assistant are not good
Canteen food is very bad and it is overrated also

Placement Experience:

Placements are there for students in our college. A great placement cell is working hardly to get each student for placement. No core companies are coming here for placement. But good companies are coming . 9lpa is base salary for each placement

campus enivironment and atmoshpere.very nice departments and spacious classroom

department staffs attitude varies from department to department

Placement Experience:

From 6th sem students are eligible if they doesn't have any backlogs. I think most companies visited are software-based companies and very less core companies.The main core conpanies i noticed are hcl, and some electronics base companies.

College infrastructure is good, having good workshops, library,laboratory . THE COLLEGE also have digital classroom.

Dislikes

Placements here is good but they need to improve more than that and also they should bring up more reputated organizations to the campus drives

Course Curriculum Overview:

The teaching time is good for students . 6 hours in one day and 2 labs per week. Method of teaching is good but teachers must include more practical things .it will help full to proper understand. There are 2 series exams in one semester .

I really liked the college. The atmosphere around the college is environmental friendly. I love it so much.
The students are so cooperative and competitive as well.
The teachers are always supportive and helps the students

Dislikes

Well the college is far from the town and city
The canteen is big and expensive and there is no specific food dat is much expensive
Other than these there is no specific thing.

Placement Experience:

The campus placement is eligible from third year onwards. The companies from tata, mahendra, etc have visited. There were so many offers from companies. The students should have a cgpa of 7 and above. My plans after getting the degree is to aim for a job.

The ambience of the college is very nice and refreshing ..There is a quite amount of programs to engage myself
The library is very helpful as they have a lot of books and peaceful environment to read.
The faculties are good and works sincerely for us.

Dislikes

The overall infrastructure of the college is quite bad and needs improvement. Getting some developments done can help attain more admissions as well.
The cleanliness of the classroom is quite poor .. they're so dusty.
Placement is quite poor except for CS students...

Course Curriculum Overview:

I've always liked buildings and their constructional aspects ,so I chose this course. The subjects that included in this field influenced me. The curriculum has fair theoretical side more than practical side and I doubt how much it'd be effective for the real world applications but I believe I can do better later. The curriculum should include more practical areas and teaching methods should follow that method as well for a better future. Exams have had considerable amount of days in between for preparation ..it had helped me adjust the difficulties

Likes

The college is having a good atmosphere to study.
It has almost all the engineering courses available
It also provides various cultural activities and fun filled activities

Dislikes

The college only provides MBA courses for some fields
The college is having a single political party

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is applicable for 4 years in case of bachelor of technology and the curriculum is also good, the course has almost 3 months of class for each semester and a month of exam. The exam dates are a little flexible.

The college provides full freedom for the students
The college has a good sized ground ideal for 7s football matches

The college campus is not that good and should have been better

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have choosen the computer science branch and I am happy with that. Even though its my first year of being in this college, I can say that I have attended many workshops in the cs branch in this year. And I am sure these activities will surely help students to apply it in there future career.

The curriculum followed is not much updated but still it covers major portion related to our subjects. It is made such a way that it is easy to learn and can be easily understood by the students. It gives clear information regarding the subjects.

The curriculum has been improved recently which give better understanding about the software used in the field which help us to improve oru graphics and all . Due to covid their have been delay hence now the semester has been shortened which cause difficulties in design subject but other subjects are managable.

One of the the biggest things that I experienced was that the teachers and other college faculties were really supportive and always stay by the students whenever they need help.
The campus has really great infrastructure for studies and even great atmosphere for sports and other extracurricular activities.
The placement facilities offer training for students from day one which makes the students ready for placement drives and other interviews.e college has helped students achieve jobs with attractive salary packages

Dislikes

The campus doesn't have a good canteen facility which makes the students travel outside the campus to have food and other things
The campus is full of stray dogs most of the time. Even though the faculty removes the dogs regularly from the campus ,the dogs still find their way back into the campus.
Toilets are only cleaned once in two weeks which is a problem as disgusting smells are all around near the toilets

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for campus placement once they start their fifth semester. More than 25 companies visit the college offering placements to students each year with the average package being 3.5 lakhs. The percentage of students that got placed last year was 82 percent. Each year more than 75 percent students get placed.
