All the biggest national and some international law firms too come to hire at SLS Pune. Tatva Legal, Trilegal and likewise all A tier firms and top corporate houses as every one has a splendid legal team of theirs and SLS students are splendid.

The college does work hard towards placements. There is a placement cell club as well which is headed by a faculty member and run by the students themselves. There are various programs happening regularly in the city , example:- how to build your CV. Not many students want a placement immediately after their bachelors so the statistics might be misleading a bit. Out of those who apply around 40-50 students are given placements in campus. The rest work for it themselves and it aint that hard if you have the credentials for it. A senior of mine got a placement of 8.5L last week

At SLS Pune, placements are amazing as top auto companies which have their base in Pune are the first ones to hire us. From Bajaj Auto to Tata Motors and now even the IT companies like Infosys and Happiest Minds are also in the race. However first choice of any law students is getting jobs in litigation firms and there are firms like Trilegal, Tatva Legal and AZB and others are among the top firms that have tie ups with our college for placements and internships.

All the different subjects and topics you learn are amazing and will definitely benefit you, it is one reason I came here. The curriculum mostly doesn't train you how it would be like in an actual outlet, yet the numerous events give you enough experience. The exams are every semester, with there being internal examinations in between from time to time.

Students are offered summer internships at the end of 1 st year. GDPI rounds for internships start from September itself. All the students get placed into good reputed companies by the end of feb or starting of march. For agribusiness division, ITC, Advanta seeds, coramamdel, ADM, DCM etc etc. Many reputed companies come. Average package i would say would be 12-13 LPA. Highest might go upto 20 or above. Students in 7th semester start appearing for placement sessions and for internships. Many number of companies come and the highest package offered was 44 Lakhs and average package is 6 LPA. The roles offered were of software engineer.

Symbiosis institute of design has been known to have a placement percentage close to almost a 100%. It is well connected to industry professionals with a lot of them being alumni. Seminars and talks are regularly conducted with, exchange programs and field trips also being a part of the process. Internships begin from 3rd year and placement processes begin soon after.

Companies keep coming for hiring since 3rd year starts. Students get placed after goin through exam, group discussion, interview. Mostly placements are offered in Finance and Marketing fields. I'm more into International Business and companies related to that are not coming to our college. So I didn't apply for placements and I will apply off-campus in that field
