The faculty student ratio good learning experience good teaching and mentorship good good teachers and good environment knowledge so much in teachers good all are good very good so positive environment
I personally benefited from the "merit excellence scholarship" and also secured an on-campus job as a research assistant with a stipend, providing valuable financial support during my studies.
I am confident that i will be able to find a good job after graduation, thanks to the strong relationships that my university has with top companies.

Dislikes

The faculty is not that good. like the teacher i'm provided with are not that good
Scholarships they have this crazy deal there, if you get detained in 1st year in any subject, or reappear in any subject, your scholarship will be gone.
The placement of my college is growing but is not quite good right now

The infrastructure of the college and its size is very big
There are several number of events that happens in college
Some faculties are good and very understanding

Dislikes

Some faculties are stupid and not understanding
Cucet scholarship only applicable for 1st year if you want to continue the scholarship you have to maintain 7.5 cgpa
The 75% attendance criteria this isnthe worst thing ever

Placement Experience:

Placements are good in my college and it also depends on the student's skills to get placed in a good company if your skills are good you'll definitely get placed in good companies like Google, Microsoft

My review about Chandigarh University (CU) based on my experience.

Likes

I liked the atmosphere of the campus and its faculty
Some of the teachers were really knowledgeable and helpful
Some people from faculty were really helpful

Dislikes

Some of the teachers were not really knowledgeable
There was discrimination between students
Some of the faculty member were really rude

Placement Experience:

Placements of my college is not really good, at first they said that they will provide placement for everyone but later on in between of course they demanded extra fees if you want to sit for placement.

The thing i liked about the college was its vast campus which is a good thing for the students to explore and have fun with the friends you will make here
Also liked the overall online based data system that the university has maintained to make all the tasks like applying medical leave, raising concern, knowing your attendance and everything so easy for the students as well as teachers
The frequency of events happening here is very high which is good part as you will enjoy a lot of concerts and music festivals with your friends

Dislikes

Attendance policy is a bit strict as you will have to go through a rough process to get exemption for the low attendance and most probably will not be able to get your permission to give exam because of low attendace
Some times the security staff gets rude with you and very rigid about wearing ID card policy everyday and everywhere for the students
The document process after passing out like getting migration certificate, NOC etc is a bit hectic and tough for the students

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum was mostly theory and easy, the AIML part covered all the basics of machine learning and you would have to give time to study by yourself to gain correct knowledge of the subject for placements,rest part of CSE was just same as any other college with DSA at core all the coding langauages like C++,R,Python and JAVA were part of the course curriculum which were covered at the pace of 1 language per semester also the database systems were covered

Reality of Chandigarh University

Likes

Campus infrastructure is very impressive according to me.
Classes are well ventilated. Labs are also good
My teachers are very good according to their behaviour and teaching ability.

Dislikes

In the class there is no ac so in summer we have problem to attend the class
If we detained in any subject the fees is very high
Between Exams there is no any gaps. And the semester is of only 5 months

After persuing this course we can do our business of labs. The most important for improvement in this course is to improve the microbiology lab because there is no equipments and agars to perform the diagnosis experiments.

A VISTI TO CHANDIGARH UNIVERSITY

This campus is really huge , like literally if you have your college at 9:30 am u have to leave your hostel , around 9:10 amax to max bcuz it takes time to reach the college . E buses traveller , e rikshawas are even inside the campus for transportat
It has many things , like whatever you want in your college in ur dream college , dah to day concerts , fine dine shops , home delivery shops , departmental stores , salon , and many other things , this is a fully filled campus , / a small city even
Faculty is appreciable here , no. Of patents in a particular year , were even more than no.of patents filed by collective all IIT'S. In 2022.. you can opt this university for sure. And mess is also great here for veg/non veg

Dislikes

Since I said that campus is tooo big so u have to walk here a lot like it is feels like hell when u have to go for lunch in mess from the break and come back to class . The only thing which is a disadvantage

Placement Experience:

Placements are as follows like -: 8-9 lpa through CSE. Cource and if you specialize in some thing it's better for you , u just expertise and u will be awarded by high packages . Companies visiting here are great even ! Google , Microsoft , Deloitte, Accenture , and many other companies

I LIKE TEACHERS OF CHANDIGARH UNI AS THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY
THERE IS E RIKSHAW AVAILABLE IN ALL THE CAMPUS
THERE IS LIFT IN THE EVERY HOSTEL , ALSO GYM AND TV ROOM ARE THERE IN HOSTEL

THERE IS LOTS OF UNNECESSARY SUBJECTS TO TEACH
FEE IS VERY HIGH IF YOU DO NOT GET SCHOLARSHIP
ASSIGNMENT AND WORKSHEET GIVES LOTS OF BURDEN TO THE STUDENT

Placement Experience:

STUDENTS BECOME ELIGIBLE FOR CAMPUS PLACEMENTS FROM 6TH SEM ALL BIG COMPANIES LIKE TCS INFOSYS TECH MAHINDRA AMAZON MICROSOFT GOOGLE HIGHEST PACAKAGE IS 52 LAKH 20 PERCENT STUDENT WILL GET PLACED I WILL STUDY ABROAD FOR HIGHER STUDIES

Parking facilities are good, there are gardens for fresh air.

Few teachers don't know what they teach and so

After Semester 2 students are eligible for internships . I've also seen students get placement themselves even during 1st second sem . Highest package could go upto 12-15 lacks . Placements are offered to all the students only the most eligible student could get the highest placement

Overall good experience

Likes

Environment of the campus which is well maintained.
Sanitation and hygiene in the college is proper

Dislikes

Management in some things is a bit poor and slow
Hostel have some issue in day out and night out

Placement Experience:

Placement get started in the last sem of 3rd year and in 4th year and students also apply for off campus and get placed for which college also helps alot. I'm preparing myself for the placement only and collect helps me in this

In my opinion, Chandigarh University is superior to other universities for the following reasons:

Chandigarh University is recognized by UGC and AICTE. It is among India's top 5% institutions with NAAC A+ ratings. It holds the membership of ICAR, IAU, ACU, IEEE, ASME, ACS, and IUCEE. Further, BCI, AIU, PCI, COA, NCTE, CSI & NCHMCT approve the university.
A total of 200 courses are offered at Chandigarh University with unbeatable ROI.
Apart from CUCET, the university also offers admission based on national-level entrance examination scores like JEE-Mains, NATA, CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ ATMA/ CMAT etc.
The university also offers open & distance learning through CUIDOL and online courses.
As per the latest placement statistics, Chandigarh University Highest International Package stands at INR 1.7 CPA seized by a B.Tech CSE-IBM Information Security student with a US-based company whereas the highest national package stood at INR 54.75 LPA.
