- The placements in a college quite good because i would say like they were a lot of companies that was coming to our college like this.
- Teacher at chitkara are best they help u in every aspect they help you in research and also in projects
- The college also provides scholarships for scheduled castes and other backward classes even if you perform well in academics then you will definitely be awarded, which can be in any way.
Dislikes
- No scholarships are provided in this university for any of the stream here..... which is not good they should provied us with some good scholarship according to percentage.
- Fans , washrooms , windows , balcony , study table , beds , almirah food quality is very bad, health of students sometimes get deteriorated after eating their mess food through hostel site we did registration process and payments rajpura
- 5th semester im in 4th semester so dont know anything about placements from real experience but heard stuff so dont know if that works but till now everyone's just sad and scared if they'll get placements.

- Campus is well lit and clean. College also provides facilities of startup students it has separate block of startup students.
- Sports facilities are well equipped. They are 2 volleyball courts, 4 badminton, tennis courts, skate boarding, squash, swimming, pool and a good gym.

Placement Experience:
Campus placement are there. But they is some criteria for seating in placemen. First is good cgpa and aptitude skills. Last year 2 students were selected for microsoft internship. Also other companies also visited

- Retsrictions on going out everytime u have tos eek approval
- It can be hectic as there is no student union council
- I didnt like the guard interpretation for the fun students having
Placement Experience:
from 6th semester onwards students are available for the campus placements
the jp. morgan , Philips, bajaj, moengage, morgan Stanley has hired people from chitkara hniversity
with packages going above 20+Lpa

- The infrastructure is good with ac in every classroom. Boards and digital boards are well maintained and it gives comfortable environment to study
- Various sports events are been held here and are encouraged to participate
- Societies are very well with students and teachers being together like families, helping us to know the corporate world
Dislikes
- There is uniform system which is black or red t shirt and blue or black jeans.
- Eateries is too expensive. You can't afford to have daily meal from there.
- Important subjects like ML and AI are being taught by trainees who don't have much experience and don't teach well usually
Placement Experience:
From fifth semester students are eligible for placements. Though companjes are coming less for AI. And they are taking students for the role of Software Developer. AI based roles are coming less and students are not getting selected for AI based roles. Right now, 20 students have been selected for internship from 120 students.

- Some department are very strict with attendance
- Some are very linient about attendance in college
Course Curriculum Overview:
As from medical background my main aim is to good at practical level along with my theory part so the training in labs and hospital is top class and we learn so much about the technology in medical field we were posted at Fortis hospital for our training from the first year

- High fees of semester for people should be little less
- More betterment of the skills given to the students
- Should not give pressure on lecture should give more individual projects

The placements in a college quite good because I would say like they were a lot of companies that was coming to our college like this. If I say a number that would be like about 250 companies that came to a company, mostly the companies were about more than six lakhs. Also if I give a number about 25 more than four companies, 10 lakhs per annum

- The curriculum of Chitkara university is really nice, they teach us about every possible programming language
- Chitkara is really safe for students and parents too as outsiders are not allowed at our college
- Without gate pass we cannot leave without permission of the parents and they can even see our attendance
Dislikes
- No social life, even if they have a event it is either for hostlers or till 5 only so no enjoyment no such events
- The food suck you hardly find something to eat
Course Curriculum Overview:
i have like 8 subjects in every semester, i have a subject called project based learning that help me make project on real-life problem every semester as a student of CSE-AI i have to study every subject of cse and ai so the circulum is designed for ai students but it is designed for cse as well even if i dont wanna go in ai i can go in software engineering and cyber security etc . if their is some improvements to be made please teach one language for a year nicey so we can learn it more nicely the exams are every other month and their difficulty level is hard only chitkara university dont go easy on their students

- The other thing that I love the most about that University is how they allow students to research and publish their research papers review papers free of cost

- The choice of food available is just not up to the requirements
Placement Experience:
Placement are provided by University and it's very easy to get a placement if you have above average grade with no RE/KT. A lot of companies arrive with package offers above them 6Lac. After the degree I will definitely pursue in IT industry as a software Engineer.

- The university is good and has a large area. Guards are everywhere for the safety of the students
- The canteen are very nice and clean. There is plenty of sitting space in canteen
- Everything is in discipline and everything is clean out there
Dislikes
- We have to ask everytime we have to go out of the university. They call the parents and it's a long procedure
- It is in the middle of farmland everytime in summers it's so hot and to reach home in bus the are like hairdryer throwing air on the face directly
- Outside of the college there are no shops canteens are very costly
Course Curriculum Overview:
Curriculum is good but time table is not that good time table is very hectic.there is classes from 9am to 4pm and we get a break for like 1 HR max which is very less as compared to the timetable there can be changes in the timetable

Placement Experience:
In chitkara university student is eligible for placement when they are in 6th seen if their degree is of 3 years. Currently i have to go in 5th semester. Highest package they offered was around 7-8 laks per year.

- The vibe and the environment at chitkara is really great. The crowd here is scrutinized and cheerful.
- The faculty members are very helpful and they provide extra care for you.
- There are a lot of events and competitions going on every day .so, you get a chance to be involved and enjoy.
Dislikes
- There is too much work load at times and the pressure is there
- The gate pass permission system is too hectic.
- The mess food is not good, it definitely needs improvement
Placement Experience:
It depends on various courses. For some of them the internships start after 1 st yaer but in my case the internships start at the end of 5th semester. And big tech giants like google ,microsoft come for placements and highest package was 1cr. Almost 80-95% get the placement also some companies see the skills and not the marks.

Chitkara University popularly known as CU can be reviewed on a set of parameters. The parameters range from academics to infrastructure and focus most importantly on placements provided in the last educational year.
- ACADEMICS
The university stands at a desirable position when it comes to academics. It caters to 13000 students. The student-faculty ratio is 1:6. Engineering is the best option as students not having an above-average JEE score can also land up at a good stream in the university. The university has reputed international collaborations with leading institutes across the globe. Some institutes are University Of Florida, U.S.A, Deakin University, Australia, etc.
- PLACEMENTS
Placements have been quite good in recent year in all the domains of the university, but engineering has been the major attractive domain. The percentage-wise division of placements is mentioned below:

There have been around more than 500 recruiters with 50 international offers. The highest package stands around Rs.31 LPA whereas the average is about Rs. 6 LPA. A number of startups were also being encouraged.
There have been more than 150 offers, which cater to the range above Rs. 10 LPA. The major recruiters are Microsoft, Google, Oracle, Amazon, IBM, Quick Heal, Bank of America, etc. Mechanical and civil engineering students also got offers from top players like JCB, Renault-Nissan, DLF, Lafarge, etc.
- FEES & ACCOMMODATION
Being a private university; CU charges a reasonable amount. The most preferred course B.E., a 4-year course stands around Rs. 7 lakh (accommodation included). The accommodation facilities are up to the mark with all proper resources.
- CAMPUS LIFE & SCHOLARSHIP
There is no such scholarship provided by the university, but it offers scholarships to achievers that scored good positions in JEE mains. Campus life is great offering good opportunities to explore the state and its culture.
