- The placements in a college quite good because i would say like they were a lot of companies that was coming to our college like this.
- Teacher at chitkara are best they help u in every aspect they help you in research and also in projects
- The college also provides scholarships for scheduled castes and other backward classes even if you perform well in academics then you will definitely be awarded, which can be in any way.
Dislikes
- No scholarships are provided in this university for any of the stream here..... which is not good they should provied us with some good scholarship according to percentage.
- Fans , washrooms , windows , balcony , study table , beds , almirah food quality is very bad, health of students sometimes get deteriorated after eating their mess food through hostel site we did registration process and payments rajpura
- 5th semester im in 4th semester so dont know anything about placements from real experience but heard stuff so dont know if that works but till now everyone's just sad and scared if they'll get placements.

- Chitkara University is known for its quality education , industry- oriented programs , modern infrastructure and strong placements support.
Placement Experience:
To become eligible for campus placements after they have passed the 12th standard with a minimum aggregate of 60% or secured 60% in PCM.
Companies including Google, Microsoft, Infosys, Wipro, and HCL have visited for placements.
Highest package offers was INR 35 LPA and average salary package was INR 7 LPA.

- I liked sportorium as you can play many games plus students are always there so you dont have to wait
- Some places are really beautifull so i enjoy them
- Library is also very peacefull you can go and study there peacefully
Dislikes
- Food at square one is very bad according to its price
- You have to keep your attendance 85% otherwise you get detained
- You cannot leave collage without gatepass before 3 pm
Course Curriculum Overview:
I chose this course because I wanted to explore computers more.
Each class have 2 student one of which is a trainer and the other is an internal faculty generally trainer teaches the faculty maintains discipline and the class consists of around 80 students.
Exams are held frequently and it is very easy to pass the exam u can pass it by studying a day before the exam.

- The cafeteria has variety but few that's what I dislike
- And they don't allow food from outside like swiggy and Zomato
- They don't allow u outside cooked food in hostel too
Placement Experience:
6-7 semester students are eligible for college placements.
As such I have seen and gotten to know that Oyo, make my trip, Infosys, Tcl, etc. and on average, they take around 150 students as far as my knowledge.
Minimum 4-5 lakh and highest around 40-50 lakhs.
80-90% of students get placed through college placement/job.

- Faculty is very good and cooperative and helps to sort each and every problem
- Campus life is the best life. There are dj nights, food courts, standup comedy and celebration pf each and every festival.
Course Curriculum Overview:
I chose this course because it is progressing day by day. My faculties are very very good all are very cooperative and I am lucky to be a part of this university. My all teachers are post-doctorate and everyone is highly qualified and has done their research at Stanford University.

- The food price is high and of not good quality.
- Few faculties are there which are rude to students.

At the end of the third year, a student becomes eligible for placements. The highest package offered is 45 lakhs here and the average package is offered between 6.5 to 8 lakhs. According to the university, there are 100% placement criteria.

- Food outlets, there are limited options and the good options are little bit on the expensive side.

The placement opportunities are ample as companies come to the campus on a regular basis, offering a plethora of opportunities for freshers and post-graduates. For Pharmacy, different companies such as Sun Pharma, Novo Nordisk, etc. have already paid a visit.

Chitkara University popularly known as CU can be reviewed on a set of parameters. The parameters range from academics to infrastructure and focus most importantly on placements provided in the last educational year.
- ACADEMICS
The university stands at a desirable position when it comes to academics. It caters to 13000 students. The student-faculty ratio is 1:6. Engineering is the best option as students not having an above-average JEE score can also land up at a good stream in the university. The university has reputed international collaborations with leading institutes across the globe. Some institutes are University Of Florida, U.S.A, Deakin University, Australia, etc.
- PLACEMENTS
Placements have been quite good in recent year in all the domains of the university, but engineering has been the major attractive domain. The percentage-wise division of placements is mentioned below:

There have been around more than 500 recruiters with 50 international offers. The highest package stands around Rs.31 LPA whereas the average is about Rs. 6 LPA. A number of startups were also being encouraged.
There have been more than 150 offers, which cater to the range above Rs. 10 LPA. The major recruiters are Microsoft, Google, Oracle, Amazon, IBM, Quick Heal, Bank of America, etc. Mechanical and civil engineering students also got offers from top players like JCB, Renault-Nissan, DLF, Lafarge, etc.
- FEES & ACCOMMODATION
Being a private university; CU charges a reasonable amount. The most preferred course B.E., a 4-year course stands around Rs. 7 lakh (accommodation included). The accommodation facilities are up to the mark with all proper resources.
- CAMPUS LIFE & SCHOLARSHIP
There is no such scholarship provided by the university, but it offers scholarships to achievers that scored good positions in JEE mains. Campus life is great offering good opportunities to explore the state and its culture.
