- The placements in a college quite good because i would say like they were a lot of companies that was coming to our college like this.
- Teacher at chitkara are best they help u in every aspect they help you in research and also in projects
- The college also provides scholarships for scheduled castes and other backward classes even if you perform well in academics then you will definitely be awarded, which can be in any way.
Dislikes
- No scholarships are provided in this university for any of the stream here..... which is not good they should provied us with some good scholarship according to percentage.
- Fans , washrooms , windows , balcony , study table , beds , almirah food quality is very bad, health of students sometimes get deteriorated after eating their mess food through hostel site we did registration process and payments rajpura
- 5th semester im in 4th semester so dont know anything about placements from real experience but heard stuff so dont know if that works but till now everyone's just sad and scared if they'll get placements.

- Campus is beautiful but small as compared to other universities. But the campus is clean and properly maintained.
- Concerts and dj nights are organised time to time.
- Uniform is mandatory and this is a good thing as you don't have to decide every morning what to wear to classes.
Dislikes
- Gatepass rules are very strict especially for girls.
- They don't allow us to bring food from outside. If you want to order food from dhaba or Domino's kinda outlets then they won't allow it inside.
- They impose fines on little things and unnecessary activities.
Placement Experience:
In the third year, the university claims to send the students on training and internship, though that's not clear at all. Regarding placements, they don't release much news but mass recruitment is there. The university has a lot of collaborations with foreign universities so you might consider pursuing a master's from abroad.

- campus life at Chitkara was gud there are a lot of fun events happen.
- Teachers at Chitkara very helpful they help yo in research papers and projects
Dislikes
- you have to wear uniform that i personally do not like.
- It has some restrictions for students when going in and out of college.
- Things at campus was overpriced they need to be moderate priced for students
Placement Experience:
From last year and last semester according to your course, you can start having placement jobs. Companies like Amazon, Infosys, IBM, and many other small companies come and take students with them. 80-90% of students are placed in the placement drive.

- Exams happen weekly so it makes tou prepare well for the subject that i personally like and also burden is less

- Greenery at chitkar is less there s need to grow more trees

- Their classrooms, library, grounds, different blocks for different course

- Some teachers or staff are strict but some are good.
Placement Experience:
The biggest disadvantage is the high number of students which creates a lot of competition at the time of placement.
The average package is 4-5 LPA. But if have the talent to come out of the crowd you can also get 10-12 LPA or 8-9 LPA.
To be in a safe zone you should have at least 7.5 CGPA.

This college has made its course curriculum which is inclusive of every required subject. The faculty:student ration is somewhat around 20:200. Almost all faculty members are holding dual master degrees. Some are pursuing Ph.D. The learning by doing method is the widely used teaching method of this college. The term exams are held after every 3 months to test the knowledge of students.

- The University is very discipline also.
- The security is very good and extra fests also.
Dislikes
- The dislikes are like You take the permission avery time you go out the university and it is little long and online process
- The last thing is like mess food is not very good.
- The fees is high and no scholarship in the university.
Placement Experience:
From the 6th semester, you are eligible for campus placements.
The Company like Infosys, cisco and many big Companies Visited and give an average of 6 LPA.
The average package is About 6 to 6.5 Lpa.
The Student should follow the criteria of the company and is about 7 CGPA or more. And Some companies can get a 6 CGPA.
About 7 CGPA on average or Some Campany can get 6 CGPA.
First Get The Placement and then in a high-tech company.

A student is eligible for placement from the third year itself. Many companies near about 200 visit in Chitkara campus and give a lot of offers. The average package is 5-6 L.PA and the highest package was 43 L.PA. Most students are placed near about 95% of students. I wish to pursue M.B.A. after my BTech degree.

Chitkara University popularly known as CU can be reviewed on a set of parameters. The parameters range from academics to infrastructure and focus most importantly on placements provided in the last educational year.
- ACADEMICS
The university stands at a desirable position when it comes to academics. It caters to 13000 students. The student-faculty ratio is 1:6. Engineering is the best option as students not having an above-average JEE score can also land up at a good stream in the university. The university has reputed international collaborations with leading institutes across the globe. Some institutes are University Of Florida, U.S.A, Deakin University, Australia, etc.
- PLACEMENTS
Placements have been quite good in recent year in all the domains of the university, but engineering has been the major attractive domain. The percentage-wise division of placements is mentioned below:

There have been around more than 500 recruiters with 50 international offers. The highest package stands around Rs.31 LPA whereas the average is about Rs. 6 LPA. A number of startups were also being encouraged.
There have been more than 150 offers, which cater to the range above Rs. 10 LPA. The major recruiters are Microsoft, Google, Oracle, Amazon, IBM, Quick Heal, Bank of America, etc. Mechanical and civil engineering students also got offers from top players like JCB, Renault-Nissan, DLF, Lafarge, etc.
- FEES & ACCOMMODATION
Being a private university; CU charges a reasonable amount. The most preferred course B.E., a 4-year course stands around Rs. 7 lakh (accommodation included). The accommodation facilities are up to the mark with all proper resources.
- CAMPUS LIFE & SCHOLARSHIP
There is no such scholarship provided by the university, but it offers scholarships to achievers that scored good positions in JEE mains. Campus life is great offering good opportunities to explore the state and its culture.
