The quality of teaching is really good and the proffessors are nice and helpful too..the curriculum is really nice and modern too
Well i'm from general category but i do have friends from different backgrounds, so i can assuredly say that there are all kinds of resources available, student loans, and fee remission is also there.
This college provide also great opportunity to go another college like iit and perform on bigger platform which helps in to increase their increase our confidence and provide a great placement opportunity and for bigger companies

Dislikes

Semister type payment of fees ,both course and hostel fees.no opportunity of scholarship for me because not good scholarship facility.i am very poor family background but they do not give scholarship ?
The admission process was all ok but what i didn't like was it took a long time for the verification of the documents.
Hostel facilities are very poor meal quality which is provided in mess is also very poor and utensils are very unhygienic.

About my college

Likes

Campus is quite beautiful and situated near malls, parks, etc
There are many good faculties and overall has good learning environment.
Many clubs to join and many fests like blitschlag to enjoy.

Dislikes

Mechanical Labs are not up to date and need many improvement

Placement Experience:

After 6th semester and summer internship students become eligible for placement In core(mechanical) companies like HPCL, BPCL, HRRL adani and many others visited For UG students more than 80% students placed To get placed though campus placement

MNIT Review

Likes

There are great co curricular opportunities in the college. Both sports and other activities are promoted.
MNIT has its own Innovation and Intubation Centre, which gives students a great platform to reach out with their ideas.
Students have regular participation in activities hosted by other NITs and IITs.

Dislikes

Hostel rules for girls are strict, which end time.
Recently, campus has restricted entry to food and grocery deliveries
Campus is not open for girls to roam after 10. Restrictions are posed

Placement Experience:

Average on campus placement is 4-5 LPA. Highest being 12-15 LPA. Companies like Asian Paints and L&T( Larsen & Turbo) offer placements. Students of 5th year sit for placements and 4th year for training.

Review of my NIT

Likes

The college/s campus is very big, some 350 acres so that's good and some of the labs are very good and modern. the faculty is nice enough .the hostels are new and have good infrastructure , the messes are good. could be better. the classrooms are
very good, in fact we have the biggest lecture hall in the whole of asia. the students admitted are nice and their roomamte policy of sharing a room with 2 other people is good, helps build connections for life.

Dislikes

The messes are horrible, espically the h-14 mess, it's the worst. all the private messes are bad, the goverment ones are fine.the provide edible food atleast.
some of the hstels are build at the end of the campus and that makes it much harder for students to get to claases or labs from their histels on foot.

Placement Experience:

Placements are good, for CSE, ECE, ELE, and Chemical branches it's better compared to the rest. average is higher than 10 lpa and higestet reaches as much as 60-70 lpa. companies like Amazon, Google, Microsoft, Goldman Sachs, Apple, Facebook, and all the other major companies arrive for placements. for the above branches almost more than 60-70 percent students are placed and for other branches almost 50 are placed.

All about MNIT Jaipur

Likes

Campus is great! Very green and well maintained. Well paved footpaths, and time to time repairs.
Life in college is also awesome... It is in middle of city and all shopping areas are nearby. Very good cafes and tourist places
Events are nice. All year round there are cultural and technical events with fun activities and competitions.

Dislikes

Hostel end timing for girls, you get locked in hostel from 10pm till morning 5am. This feels bad.
Departments are a bit old in construction but its okay.

Placement Experience:

Placement of MNIT is good overall. But in architecture, placements are very low. 4 lpa average package and 7 lpa highest on campus placements are the statistics. But 95% of students get placed which is a pro of our placement and training cell.

The pros and cons of MNIT

Likes

The infrastructure and the location of the campus is exceedingly good . The maintainence of the campus buildings and focus on cleanliness is of utmost importance . The curriculum is modern and revised regularly as per industry standards
Sports facilities are one of the best in NITs in the country and the diverse culture is also prevalent
Basic amenities are available within the campus and the college is located in one of the best areas of Jaipur city

Dislikes

The college does not allow free roaming around the campus after 10 pm to girls
The college fest are not good when compared with colleges like IIT
Some of the faculties are not good and take teaching for granted

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for campus placements from 5th semester And Internship opportunities can be earned right from 1st semester itself The highest package was 80lpa this year which was give to 2 students Due to recession this year the placement was no that good with an average placement rate of around 60% This is still far better when compared to private colleges and some lower NIT and even better than some IIT

Review of mnit from a 1st yerite eye.

Likes

Sports facilities are good. Cricket, football, lawn tennis, table tennis, volleyball etc are available.
Mess food is ok at a hostel level. 4 time meal.
College campus is very big and beautiful. Shopping malls are at walking distance.

Dislikes

Food delivery doesn't come inside college.
Fests are not good. Professors don't support these fests.
Coding culture is not that good.very few have interest in coding.

Placement Experience:

College provide good placement opportunities. More than 80 companies visited this year. Last year, the avg package was 13.5 lakh. Highest was 64 lakh. Apple, airtel, tower capital, delloite etc visited last year.

A View of MNIT JAIPUR

Likes

The location is very nearer to the railway station and Airport ,easy to locate.It is located in centre of the city,so it is easier to catch up with any kind of requirements nearby.
The campus is greeny and peaceful.The environment is peaceful in the campus.
Teaching staff and non teaching staff are very friendly and cooperative.

Dislikes

Only Veg food is allowed in the canteens.Food may be that much likely to South Indian people
Swiggy and Zomato orders aren't being allowed inside the campus.Tbey can be received near main gate.
Practicals and Labs needed to be improved better.

Placement Experience:

Students would recieve internship offers during their start of 5th semester and after the internship PPOs might be offered.After 7th semester everyone would be eligible for Placements.In Ece ,the placement percentage was around 60.Highest package is 32lpa and average is 10lpa

The college campus is very beautiful and well maintained.
Sports and cultural fest are organised at regular intervals
Faculty and facilities are very good including sports and extra curricular

Personal vehicles are not allowed within the campus

The campus placements are very good. The average package and percentage of students getting placed is very good. All major companies visit for the placement and give a priority to NIT students as compared to private college students

MNIT Jaipur at a Glance

Likes

Placements are decent for all branches including Metallurgy, compared to other colleges
The Campus is lush green and beautiful with great architectured buildings
The annual fest Blitzschlag is one of the best fests among colleges in Rajsathan

Dislikes

Internship opportunities are a little less
There is no student body, and students dont have much power as such

The placements are pretty decent for every branch. Students are eligible to appear for campus placements after 6th semester. Many reputed companies visit for Recruitment like Addverb, Adobe, Airtel, Amazon, Analytics Quotient (Kantar), Apple, Arcesium, Bajaj Motors, BEL, BHEL, Box 8, BPCL, ICICI Bank, Expedia, Micron, Wells Fargo, Cape Gemini, CommVault, Dassault Systems, Deloitte, De Shaw, Deutsche Bank, EIL, Flipkart, GAIL, GEP, Goldman Sachs, Hero MotoCorp, HPCL, Ixigo, JCB, JP Morgan. Percentage of students placed was 81.61% for the academic year 2022-23 Highest offer made was 64 lpa for an ece student

okay so college campus is very large its like 350 acrs and the student here comes from whole over india so its a huge experience
the socail intraction is not that much cause student are like machine here no body talk to another every one busy with them selfs
its like not top notch hence the calsses and teaching is like ok ok

there is huge calsses hence nobody is their for you overcome
its like we have to be more curious to talk to others cause every body busy in them selfs
its increase the well ness and hostel and mess is very bad

the placement of my clg is very good like basic 600000 lakh per annum to 1500000 per annum lots of companies have been visited like bmw apple tata steel jpmc and many more the percentage of student getting place ment per year is like 70 percent from each barnch stleast my plans after getting degree i want to fight upsc exam as its my dream and want to represent our nation
