The college atmosphere is very good and they maintain very clean environment facilities.the feild trip is very exciting and that same time its related to the course
There will be a scholarship based on the merit that they have scored in their past 11th and 12th standard and according to their merit, the scholarship will be decided.
The faculty of the university is very good and gentle towards the students and they are very good intaractive with students and they are more effective to provide the quality education to the students

Dislikes

There are 5 hostel for boys and 3 for girls and food was very worst and i don't like it.
Food that provided in hostels will be sometimes very bad rhat we cant eat.
That i don't like we have no proper internet and no water in blocks

Placement Experience:

All semesters clear without arrears good percentage of you got eligible for the campus interview. IBM, TCS, etc. Companies visited our college 85% or 90% percentage getting placements after degree interview.

Honest review about kalasalingam university

I like the way of teaching .faculties are working very hard and also they are so talented
I love BCA course particularly here.my block located near a mountain the view is very amazing and nice like a heaven

Dislikes

distance from main gate and my block i think nearly 1kilometer.you can go by electric van but we have to pay 10 rupees separetly

Placement Experience:

for arts students and engineering students, you can attend interviews when you are studying final year. famous companies are TCS, COGNIZANT, WIPRO etc. The highest package of care is 30 lakh and the lowest package is 3.5LPA. every year more than 2000 students get placed in various IT companies. my plan is after I finish my BCA I will pursue MCA

7 semester students become eli6for campus placements alot of companies visited in my college and so students are placed 18 lakhs highest package and 11 lakhs minimum above 80 percentage students placed my plan was a job

I liked the college... firstly the environment is too good with greenery and hills for better concentration and peace
The interactions between the students and faculty is good
There is more scope to gain better companies

Dislikes

Hostel food is not good as expected to eat
There is a major problem of internet signals
There is less transport system from college to hostel

4th year students are eligible for placements there are many companies visiting our campus like Infosys, Google, Comcast, Accenture,cognizine, etc cgpa must be above 9.0 to attend companies like Google and Amazon for highly paid, and also 7.5 or above cgpa is needed for good placement.

Anything not specific there are some things they need to adjust so that it would be great
Gym timings, swimming pool for money,food is not upto the mark

Course Curriculum Overview:

Our teachers are helpful and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is good. The course curriculum is relevant. It makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are average. The pass percentage is 35%. While declaration of the curriculum there would be a mission and vision of that complete course. We need to follow that curriculum alone to get sufficient knowledge.

It has very good placements. The average package was 4-5 LPA. Up to now, the highest package received was 33LPA. It has separate training for SAP who are interested. For a particular department, the college is tied up with companies like ECE-Nanochip, and CSE-IBM.

Maintaining the garden and plants inside the campus
Bus facilities from hostel to classroom was good

Exam schedules and class schedules sometimes make us stress

Course Curriculum Overview:

I like to fauna and flora so I decided to choose my path on this way. Faculty students ratio will be 1:30 minimum and 1:70 maximum. It's just difficult task for the staffs to handle the class properly but they handle very smoothly.

I like the college campus and environmental
I like the students who comes from another state for studies to my college
I like the faculties in my college they are very friendly to every students

Dislikes

Monthly term exams can conduct for 3 months once
I don't more things to dislike about my college
For hostel students have to give permission for outing whenever students they want

Every student should get placed is the main moto of my college. so many companies will come to campus so students definitely place without doubt. from 6th semester students eligible to attend the campus. HCL Accenture TCS Wipro companies visiting our college. highest package up to 30lakhs per annum average package is 7.5 lakhs per annum.90% of the people will be placed. After getting a degree immediately join in work.

Infrastructure of the college here wifi is available
Labs , playground,huge Library is available
Medical facilities is available and here they have a medical College and hospital also we can take treatment there

Dislikes

The college is situated in rural area there is no facilities available in that area
Many of the faculties lack in communication

Arts students in the 5th semester are getting their placement drives. students who have a minimum of 8 cgpa can attend all placement drives, Below 8 cgpa they can attend a few companies that are non-IT and most of the companies they can attend are startups.

What is your review of Kalasalingam University?

A few of my friends graduated from Kalasalingam University. According to them, the college offers decent academics and infrastructural facilities.

The college is accredited by UGC. Teaching is mostly examination-oriented.
Classes and examinations are conducted on time. You will need to maintain 80% attendance to sit in the examination.
Most faculties are friendly.
In college premises, students need to maintain proper dressing. Wearing jeans isn’t allowed for both boys and girls. Girls are only allowed to wear churidar and shawl.
The hostel accommodation is decent. The 1st year hostels are separate. Hostel rooms have an occupancy of 3 people. The rooms have all basic amenities. The rooms and washrooms are well-maintained and cleaned regularly. Food offered at the mess is decent.

The reviews of the students are not usually bad. But when you compare Kalasalingam University to other more established universities, it lags a bit behind in the college rankings. But the college rankings are not given by students, so their views vary.

This college really has good facilities, a huge library, green campus, etc. They also have a well experienced and highly cooperative faculty. The college might have some faults which is why the NIRF ranking is not good. But other than that it is quite a good college with sufficient amenities.
