You have a good percentage in high school and jee you'll get scholarships like 1.4 lakh.
Faculties were very friendly and approachable,motivated students who lack in academics, encourage students who are talented, solve their doubts
The infrastructure of the campus just looking like a wow, the cub activities provided here is well good to equiped by the students and has many field of interest of the students the club activities are provided

Dislikes

Sometimes the mess food worst. It's based on the mood of the contract team. I literally hate that kind of attitude.
Sometimes you might feel a stress of the curriculum has there will be a limited time
their rules are a bit more rude and strict

Likes

Hostel and campus life and more friends in the university.
Hostel food and play ground and climate are very liked by the students.
Mess food are very tasty and very secure place.

Dislikes

Placement given by the university is average and there is no outing for the students .
Most of the students are placed by 3-4 lakhs per annum.
Girls have very strict rules even there is no outing.

From 6 semesters students are eligible for placement. Companies like Zoho and lava etc. There are many offers made by the university. The highlights package is 35 lakhs per annum. 60% of students get placements. Plans are optional for students.

in the course completed six months before starting the campus interviews arranged in college management. top mnc companies and some corporate companies. more than seventy-five percent approve of faculty interviews. I have a plan to start my own business in my living place.

Placement Experience:

The final semester has to give more importance. 90% mark is a must. The highest package is 12.5 lakhs. Adventure cognizant like that company offer available. If I get a degree will study abroad courses.

Third-year students are eligible for campus placements. TCS, Accenture, siemens, Robert bosch, etc, and all major companies. In this year 1457 out of 2000 offers were made. The highest packages are 34 lakh and the average is 12 Lakh. 73 percent got placed. PG then research and PDF.

The final-year students are eligible for placement interviews. There are a huge number of companies visiting our campus for interviews Top companies like Amazon, Wipro, Byjus, IDFC, TATA, INFOSYS, BOSCH, ACCENTURE, etc. about 80 percent of the students were placed every year. I got my degree and I want to continue with my higher studies.

A life at Karunya

Likes

Liked the campus, the weather all around, student and staff interactions etc.

Placement Experience:

We became eligible for placements in the 6th semester of our study. Many different IT companies and a few core companies visited. I pursued my Masters's degree after graduation. Many students got placed and many opted for a higher degree of study.

From 3rd year students are eligible for placement Ther are n number of companyies who came to our campus for placement some of them are tech Mahindra,TCS,etc About 90 percentage of students get placed in campus

A honest review about Karunya University

Placement Experience:

Only during the 7th and the 8th semester do you become eligible for the placement which you have to pay some amount for the attending companies and placement training. The placement cell is poorly managed. Accenture, Wipro, IBM, Byjus, TCS, TataElxsi, Amazon, Texas instruments, Zoho are a few of the companies which visited. Accenture is the only big bang recruiter while the rest recruit only a handful of candidates with impressive technical skills. So if you miss out on Accenture, you got to accept your fate and try off-campus or develop your technical skills and attend the interviews hoping for the best. The average salary is 2L to 2.5L per annum with few in the list of companies offering non-technical job roles. The majority of the student from our batch did not get placed on the campus instead they tried off-campus and opted for higher studies.

The placements are good. If you appear for placement then there is a 70% chance that you will be hired. Various placements training are organized to nurture students to crack their placements. After getting the degree I will appear for government jobs.

One of my friends studied at Karunya University. According to him, it is very reputed in the country. The campus environment is peaceful and comfortable.

The infrastructure of its campus is very beautiful and various kinds of facilities are available for the students.
The laboratories available at this college are good and equipped with modern machinery.
There are hostels available for the students. All basic facilities such as laundry service are being provided to the students.
These facilities are a big relief to those students who don't have enough free time to wash their clothes.
The rules and regulations of this institution are very strict, especially for girls.
The campus is far away from the main city of Coimbatore, sometimes it becomes difficult to travel from the city to campus.
You will have to take permission from the administration for almost everything by writing them a letter or an application.

Hence, the rules and regulations of this university are very strict and you will have to abide by all the rules if you wish to study at this university.

A few of my friends have studied here and their experiences have been moderate. Karunya University has improved over the years but you cannot expect too much from here.

Following are some of the pros and cons of the university:

Pros –

Good infrastructure with well-equipped facilities including hostels
Climate is good throughout the year.
Ragging is comparatively low.
If you are a person who accumulates arrears this is the place for you. University will help you out, a supplementary examination is held in the middle of a semester just to help students clear their arrears.
WiFi connection is available.
You can choose faculties as per your wish

Cons –

There is a morning assembly every day. This includes starting prayer, ending prayer and in between someone will pray for you from the stage. You should maintain 80% of attendance for Assembly.
Management is not efficiently managed
The grading system is not fair. There will be four to five faculties for the same subject.

If you are opting for Karunya University, then go only for CSE as only it is good. Other departments like ECE and EE do not have proper faculty members or infrastructure. Do not waste your time in such departments.
