SASTRA Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

There will be placed after finishing the course in sastra university, I heard that there will be some MNCs companies visits during at placement day which will be held and many companies all over India or within Tamil Nadu which they visit during that time. my plans after completing my course would like to be Digital Marketer or Brand Marketer.

As I'm just entering my second year, I don't have an exact idea about placements and internships. But as far as i know, placements are really good. From the 7th semester, students are eligible for placements. Many IT companies visit every year. As far as i know, TCS,mu, Sigma, Infosys are the top recruiters. Attractive packages are provided by those companies. Core companies also show up for campus placements. 90% of students gets placed every year. I'm planning on higher studies after getting UG degree. The management provides good placement training and they are updating the information regularly.

Students are eligible for campus placements from the 6th semester. A maximum of students can get a Campus placement. The average salary will be 3.5 lakhs per anum. TCS, COGNIZANT companies are going to hire maximum students who are interested to get placed in IT department. The highest package is 28.5 lakh per anum by pay pal company. The placement percentage is 70%. TCS, Cognizant, Accenture, Oracle, Idea are some of the companies that are going to visit in campus placements. I want to get into some product-based company in campus placement with a good package above 9 lakhs per anum.

The recent placements are made in MNCs like amazon , cisco ,ibm ,accenture and the university provides a vast variety of placements overseas too. 98% of placements are really maintained to date. and especially for law aspirants the moot court competitions really helps to bring out the legitimate skills in litigation And sastra standa always on the top to win out and placed its foot in all national and international level moot courts competitions

My reason for choosing this particular college was that the faculty this college had was among the best. All the faculty members were well known and super qualitied in their respective subject. I knew some of the senior of this college and they told me to do my further studies from here because of the sole reason i.e faculty. Along with that this university was ranked 51% by the outlook in 2016. And then I started by preparation of CAT, in which one of my friend who was the senior helped me prepare. It was a online exam of total 300 marks divided into three section.

We are eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester (4th year). There are many companies from nearly all fields of study which visit sastra each year to pick up deserving students. Mostly the majority of these companies being computer science or IT related. Many core companies also come and pick up the students. I've heard someone saying our university has 100% placement. But I'm not sure about the credibility of that. My plan is to do further studies (Mtech) in biotechnology and do a PhD in either foreign or India.

From the 6th semester, students started getting placement students are maximum taken on TCS and CTS good placement is provided at sastra around 1700 placements are given by TCS Infosys etc. A maximum of 97% of students gets placement every year good job is required after the completion of the degree.

The students were eligible for campus placements by the starting of the final year itself. They have to be in all clear state and the grade eligibility will be decided by the company's rule. The highest package will be 30 lacs offered by Bosch for engineering and MBA and other big companies. The company visiting will be Tata consultancy services, cognizant, Wipro, Hcl, Bosch, face institution, Byjus, City union bank. The profile was large list can't list it out. There will be a maximum of 80% and above this also get placed every year. The college will also offer an abroad last semester program for exemplary students, who can do their last semester in abroad University through scholarship. There will be placement training in last year which help students to bag a job easily.

Campus placements start from the 7th semester onwards. Many companies visit the college for on-campus recruitment. TCS, Mu Sigma, Infosys, Wipro Cognizant are the top recruiters.TCS recruits about 2000 candidates each year. Each company gives an attractive package. The highest package offered is by Amazon of 12 LPA and TCS offers about 4-6 LPA. 60-70% of the students get placed in top companies. My plan is to get a decent job in the software sector after completing the course.

Good discipline is maintained and highly preferable for girls.Good academic curriculum also they concentrate on sports.lab facilities are awesome. good support from professors and assistant professors.If you want a good practical knowledge this is preferably.all the people encourage your idea. also,t hey have many clubs that helps budding entrepreneurs.
