Students become eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester. Pre-placement offers are also common for students who intern at companies in the 6th semester. Top recruiters include core mechanical companies like Tata Motors, Ashok Leyland, L&T and Siemens as well as tech companies like Wipro, Infosys, TCS, Accenture and Amazon. Highest package in mechanical is around Rs 25-30 LPA and average package is around Rs 5-8 LPA. In mechanical engineering, the placement percentage is slightly lower compared to branches like CSE but still respectable at around 80-85% After completing my degree, I plan to explore roles in automotive engineering. If I secure a core mechanical job through campus placements, I'll likely gain some industry experience. I am also considering pursuing a Master's degree abroad.

So from the First semester of 3rd year ,you become eligible for applying for the jobs and mostly people get internships first before being offered the full time job . Companies like Apple,Google,Microsoft,Mozart,Bain&Co and many more visits to Vit with a bunch of offers which varies according to the field of demand. So highest till date is 1Cr which the company Mozart offered. Average package is 8-9 Lakh per annum .although it depends on the course taken. in Computer Science 100% of students gets placed . After getting degree I would do a job for like 2-3 years then MBA

The course is up to date . They formulate it keeping in mind current industry practices. They don't miss out on any point. They make us master whatever we choose. We even are equipped with latest lab tools and softwares to make ourselves leaders.

Placements are quite good and regular in the college. Students are allowed to do internships from the second year itself and are allowed to sit for placements from 5th and 6th semester itself. This year 2 students from our college got above 1 CR Pre Placement Offer (PPO) from CSE . Percwntage of students getting placed are 75-80%. My plans after getting a UG degree would be to get enrolled for a PG course for better knowledge and oppurtunities in life.

Placements are ok but due to the large amount of crowd in the college If you misbehave or have less than 9 cgpa the college will use any small misbehaviour to kick you out of placement but if you are smart enoug and the skills you will get a good placement

Definetly campus placement is available in our college especially engineering sectors we have tie up with many familiar companies so that they are recruting our students frequently so we have to ready ourselves by knowledge

Campus Placements start from end of third year to fourth year. VIT has a good placement record. The average package is around 9lpa and highest package offered was 45lpa. Majority of students get placed after graduating in good companies. I also plan to sit for placements after completing my degree.

Placements are decent here. Tho a high CGPA is required to sit in the placements for good companies as companies filter out student CGPA because of so much crowd. Almost every big companies visit the campus ranging from consultancy to pure software (MANG, Jp, Goldman etc) every big dream company visits and top people with skills get placed really good. Placements for core is on a lower side
