I'd also like to remind you that scholarship opportunities are available to help ease the financial burden.
Some of the profs are really very great as they encourage us to think outside of the box.
Campus is good, friends are good, clubs and societies are good and the fest is good

Dislikes

The number of shops are very less in the college campus, which is very bad.
This year 2023-2024 , the placement stats has dropped due to recession all among the world leading to less hiring opportunities for freshers.
Professor are very strict here in academics and academic is also very hard.

IIITA Review by a masters student

Likes

I liked the dedication of faculty to make students learn.
Size and Greenery of the campus neither too big not too small just perfect no need for bycycle you can commute by walking only
Safety of the campus is top class, security of the students is atmost priority of the campus

Dislikes

75 percentage attendance criteria is the worst
TA sign daily is compulsory which I don't like just why we are doing TA duty that should be sufficient.
Sports facilities are not that good,we have all the courts and ground but lack of equipment.

Placement Experience:

Mtech is eligible for internship from first sem itself, full time jobs are allowed from 3rd semester onwards for masters students. Almost all Big MNCs visit campus Almost 100 percent students get placed My plans are to get a job.

IIIT Allahabd Review

Likes

The coding culture of college is very impressive.
The quality of infrastructure, including campus structure are also quite good.
This College is named for its placement and job offers.

Dislikes

The quality of mess food services and hostels are very poor.
There is so much politics in the student gymkhaana body.
Some of the senior faculties are not properly engaged with students.

Placement Experience:

This College is name only for its quite good placements for BTech course. you can check form the official website of IIIT Allahabad. Due to Recession this year, the campus placement is decrease from the previous Year. IT:-95 % students are placed ECE:-90% students are placed

Placement Experience:

placements are offered by our clg you will get placements from 6th sem if you are good at coding,all top companies like google and flipkart and qualcom and etc company recruit students from here acc to my info avg package was 24 lakhs and highest was around 1crore before recession 100 percentage but after it got decreased to 70 to 75 my plans after degree is to appear for civil services

Coding culture is very nice,regular hackathons.
Good eating facilities,canteens and shops in college

Dislikes

Only 1 ground to play for children so its crowded often

There are enough placement opportunities in college .avg package last year was 30 lac and median was 28 lac for IT branch.Highest package was 1.3 cr Last year and lowest was 18 lac so even an avg student can have a good future

From 4th year , student become eligible for placements. There are many companies which will visits like 120+ company will visit in a size of 450 student . Highest package is 85 lakh and average package is 31 lakh. 90 to 100% studnets getting placed.

Overall a valuable institute according to ROI

First thing is we get a tag of IIIT which is valuable for lifetime
A huge campus with different facilities and green environment
The sports facilities, event conducted continually.

Dislikes

Boys hostel is out side the campus and after 2 am there is no entry in campus
Most of the space is not in used. It's look like a jungle
Games equipment are not in good condition

Placement Experience:

From start of 4th semester companies start visiting our colleges for the placement. Well reputed companies likes Indiamart, HDFC, ICICI and many more companies participates in Placement drive. Average package is about 8 lac PA.

The thing I liked in my college is the teaching environment, the modes of providing teachings like providing workshops , quizes and competitions in the academics as well as in the corporate world. The kind of more professional knowledge than just the
The campus life is well . I enjoy each and every bit of it. It organises many events , functions and technical events too to empower us with knowledge alongwith fun . I love the hostel life feeling like a family and facing every good and bad things .
The placements done here are of remarkable qualities . They hire the students on the basis of the current knowledge of the corporate world , real life situations , communication skills, their academic performance , aptitudes, etc. The good placement

I dislike the noise that maybe happened sometimes in the campus at the time of unforeseen events . There should be a cooperation among the students at the time of such situations so that everyone should overcome the situations peacefully and safely .
I dislike the menu of the mess sometimes as it provides chana dal which I don't like at all but then also we have to consume . Sometimes the utensils are not well cleansed off like the butter on the plates remain left over and sometimes the untidy me

Placement Experience:

Our campus provided with campus placement and further academics pursuits like pursuing research in different fields. The students of last semesters are eligible for the campus placement. They are required to maintain their LinkedIn profiles for recruiting in the reputed companies and well equipped with good CGPA in all the semesters . They are also required to maintain the good communication skills, listening skills and analytical in problem solving skills of real life world. The companies visited here are Google, dell , Tata, Microsoft, BDO, TCS every year for the campus placement and number of offers are made after having the campus placement. The companies provide the average packages of 7 lakhs per annum and highest of upto 50 lakhs per annum in the field of management and in the field of technology the package comprises upto 1 crore per annum. Atleast 70 % of students get placed every year and if no placement plans then there is a facility of further academics pursuits like PhD etc

College with good campus life and placement

Likes

Infrastructure of the college is very good.
Various club like dance,singing,literacy etc.
Swimming area of the college we can learn swim there.

Dislikes

Location of college is outer area of allhabad.
I don't dislike anything about this college.

From the 3rd semester student become eligible for campus placement many companies visit this college. Companies such as BDO, indiamart, growth jockey,kotak life etc.The highest package was 35lpa and average is 7 lpa. 80% student get campus placement.

IIIT Amethi is situated near a village named Tikarmafi, 10 km away from Amethi. It has its own perks. Here are some factors about the institute.

Academics:

Both IIIT Allahabad and IIIT Amethi have the same curriculum and professors. Because of that, professors visit the Amethi campus on a daily basis.
As almost everything is similar for both campuses, the exams are also conducted parallelly in both of them, making them at par for things related to academics.

Placements:

Students of IIIT Amethi are shifted to the campus of IIIT Allahabad after their 4th year, securing them placements similar to the Allahabad campus.
Needless to say, IIIT Allahabad does come with good placements. IIIT Amethi also enjoys the same privilege as placement is same for both the institutes.

Facilities and Infrastructure:

This is exactly where you can set the contrast between the two campuses. IIIT Amethi lacks good infrastructure. It is a very compressed campus with only two boys’ hostels and one girls’ hostel.
There had not been any sports facilities in the institute before. But at present, it has standard Basketball courts, a Badminton court, TT tables and a playground for cricket.
The labs and libraries are minuscule too. It can hardly support the strength.
Besides, you might also not find any up-to-the-mark food items around the campus, but just snacks to keep the day going.
There’s an option to take a bus ride to visit a town nearby, Sultanpur, which helps in a way to let students escape from the everyday life at Amethi, and rather spend time in that area, or buy decent food.

IIIT Amethi does have its fair share of disadvantages but it offers good placement in top-notch MNCs such as Google, Facebook, and Adobe, etc. Also, the pros outweigh the con for IIIT Amethi.
