I'd also like to remind you that scholarship opportunities are available to help ease the financial burden.
Some of the profs are really very great as they encourage us to think outside of the box.
Campus is good, friends are good, clubs and societies are good and the fest is good

Dislikes

The number of shops are very less in the college campus, which is very bad.
This year 2023-2024 , the placement stats has dropped due to recession all among the world leading to less hiring opportunities for freshers.
Professor are very strict here in academics and academic is also very hard.

I don't like the hectic schedule that we have to follow.
I don't like the fact that they continuosly take exams.

From 7th 8th semester students become eligible for college placements.Before that from 3rd semester internship programs are also available. average package last year was around 30lpa and the highest was around 1.2 cr

Campus is good, friends are good, clubs and societies are good and the fest is good

There should be more shops for food etc and the location should be better

This college is known for placements and high average package. The placements are going good. Approximately 60% have been placed this year. The placement rate is 100 percent and the average package is above 30 lpa.

placements of this college are excellent and avg and median package is better than most IITs
coding culture of this college is considered to be one of the best in india.
campus life is exciting with fests organised every year.

Dislikes

schedule is hectic and one may find it difficult to cope.
area of campus is small and sometimes student may face restrictions because of this
locality of the campus is not good and students from metropolitans may find it difficult to adjust

5th semester and some from 4th semester. Comapanies like Google and other tech giants have visited the campus. higesht package offered is 1.21 cr. average package is 30 Lakhs. placement percentage was 100% in 2023

IIITA college review

Likes

The placement percentage, the average, median and highest package are all quite impressive.
The people are awesome and intellectually stimulating to be around.
The societies conduct fun and creativity inspiring activities and events.

Dislikes

The formation of Ethics Committee which restricts the freedom of college students and make campus life suffocating.
Life at IIITA is academically really hectic and hard to deal with.
There is not enough transparency regarding the course structure and examination evaluation process.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for internship in third year and for placements after the completion of fourth year. A very good percentage of students, that is, about 95% and above get placed every year. The average package for 2022 we're 34-35 LPA. The placements of IIITA are commendable.

prayaas for underprivileged children is a good efforts.

Life at IIIT Allahabad

Likes

The people I found here are amazing and fun to work with.
The campus is very lush green and beautiful.
The extra-curricular societies conduct great events.

Dislikes

The amenities here are not sufficient for a living. The hostel condition is pretty bad.
The sports supplies are often not maintained resulting in the lack of players.
The college curriculum is an overburden on the student shoulder

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course and curriculum is a little new for our batch as they have asked implemented the NEP from this year. I chose this course to fulfil my interest in the coding sector and to gain the ample opportunitiesthat come with this branch. Faculty department of the Btech sector is good enough. The teaching method of most faculties here is through presentation and the practicals are done in the lab with proper managment. Exams took plaace throughout the year. Each week there was some sort of quiz or viva or practicals. It was tough to deal with due to the continuous burden but we got through.

College life and the environment in the campus
Classrooms for the college classes were good
Placements of the college which was in appreciable numbers

Dislikes

The extreme cold weather was annoying at times
The extreme hot weather was annoying at times
The hostels were not that clean as expected at times

Great placements are there and students are eleigible in 7th semester to be a part of the placement drive. Companies like Google, Flipcart, Salesforce, Atlassian, etc and make great offers. 70% get placed and average package is 30 laks per annum.

Get to know about IIIT Allahabad

Likes

The main thing that i like about this college is the placements and internship oppurtunities.
I also like the infrastructure of the college .
One main thing i liked is the annual cultural fest 'Effervescense'.

Dislikes

The campus area is not much big. I wanted it to be a little bigger than this.
The schedule at iiit allahabad can be sometimes very hectic.

Placement Experience:

The main reason of taking this college was the amazing placements. The placements if this college are even better than some of the iits or nits. The average package of informatuon technology branch of year 2023 was around 35 lpa.

Placement: placement here is very good with the good amount highest package and average package
Campus life: campus life os good with the events conducted on the daily basis
Coding culture of this college is very good which help students to improve thier skills

Hostel area: whoch always remain uncleand and mess food is also not very good
Location of this institute is in the corner of the Allahabad which provides very less facilities to students
Campus area is very less its only of 10p acre which provides less opportunities to students

Course : I choose this course because i have a good interest in Information Technology of Indian Institute of Information Technology Allahabad which help a lot in improving my knowledge and to help the country with my knowledge in the respective field. Faculty: Student Ratio: the faculty: student ratio is very good in the college which is effective to have the good knowledge for the students and the right knowledge in the course which he takes. Qualification of faculty: all the faculty members of Indian Institute of Information Technology Allahabad are the phd degree in thier respective department from the Very good colleges across the country especially from The Indian Institute of Technology across the country which is very good and help the students to obtain thier goals effectively in the course. Exams: There are the three types of exams in the college which completes the semester of the student. There are internal assessment of the 35 marks which is from practical of the students

Likes

College is very good with execellent faculty.
Campus life is very nice and enjoyable. There is also a good canteen.
Placement of college is really nice with average placement of 40 lpa.

Dislikes

Campus area is very less as compared to other colleges.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose the course because of my interest in software firm. Faculty in really nice and knowlegdeable. Teacer to student ratio is 1:106. All the teachers are Ph. D. qualified in there particular subjects. Exams happen four times a semester and are able to clear if you have studied.

IIIT Amethi is situated near a village named Tikarmafi, 10 km away from Amethi. It has its own perks. Here are some factors about the institute.

Academics:

Both IIIT Allahabad and IIIT Amethi have the same curriculum and professors. Because of that, professors visit the Amethi campus on a daily basis.
As almost everything is similar for both campuses, the exams are also conducted parallelly in both of them, making them at par for things related to academics.

Placements:

Students of IIIT Amethi are shifted to the campus of IIIT Allahabad after their 4th year, securing them placements similar to the Allahabad campus.
Needless to say, IIIT Allahabad does come with good placements. IIIT Amethi also enjoys the same privilege as placement is same for both the institutes.

Facilities and Infrastructure:

This is exactly where you can set the contrast between the two campuses. IIIT Amethi lacks good infrastructure. It is a very compressed campus with only two boys’ hostels and one girls’ hostel.
There had not been any sports facilities in the institute before. But at present, it has standard Basketball courts, a Badminton court, TT tables and a playground for cricket.
The labs and libraries are minuscule too. It can hardly support the strength.
Besides, you might also not find any up-to-the-mark food items around the campus, but just snacks to keep the day going.
There’s an option to take a bus ride to visit a town nearby, Sultanpur, which helps in a way to let students escape from the everyday life at Amethi, and rather spend time in that area, or buy decent food.

IIIT Amethi does have its fair share of disadvantages but it offers good placement in top-notch MNCs such as Google, Facebook, and Adobe, etc. Also, the pros outweigh the con for IIIT Amethi.
