UPES Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

A valid score in CAT / XAT / MAT / ATMA entrance examinations or the institute entrance test is the selection criteria.

Students are eligible for campus placement from 4th year rest it depends upon course. There are many companies visited like Amazon Wipro and many MNC along with them good legal companies for law students. Highest package is 25 lac per annum and the average package is 8lac per annum. In some courses it's 100% and in some course is 98%. I'll go with campus placements because it's best source to gain experience

From semester 5 students become eligible for campus placements Tata Motors, Mahindra,Bombay stock exchange, Xebia,IBM , Infosys, Panasonic,Bosch,pilot,PWC, reliance,Samsung,royal Enfield,shell,spice Jet, Tata consultancy services, Amazon, Deloitte percentage of student getting placed are 94 percent

The students become eligible in the final year of college and the companies start to visit the campus. The companies that came on the campus are TCS, Cognizant, TTN, VMWare, Postman, etc. The highest package on the campus offered was 20 lakh and the lowest was 2.5 lakh. 99% of the student gets placed and some avail multiple offers. I have secured a job after getting the degree.

The college offers Amazing placement opportunities. We have many courses so various types of companies come in for interviews and jobs like Haldiram, Wipro, Google Nestle etc. The placement record of some of the UPES branches is 100%.

97% placement is promised by the institution. I've not reached that stage yet, I won't be able to write much about it. Although it a few people who have been a long way from the institution. There is a girl who graduate this year, she stood 1st AIR in the GMAT exam and 2nd Worldwide. It's huge. Plus UPES provides many other opportunities.. like study abroad programs and internships.

Because Petroleum sector was at boom that time and in this college most of the core sector had specialization in petroleum and refining. After 4 years when covid situation came then most of the oil and gas companies did not visited in my college for campus placement but if I see in normal situation the placement with oil and gas companies was excellent.

After 2nd sem students get eligible for the placement. Accenture, mount Meru, Deloitte, global data, Glencore, Infosys etc visit the campus for placement. Only a few students get placed for higher package rest all will get placed for 3 to 7 lakh CTC. 90% of students will get placed. I plan to work for an IT company that has a domain in Oil & Gas sector.

I chose this branch because it was very unique and the placements were also good. There were 16 teachers in our department. The HOD had a Ph.D. some of the teachers were also Ph.D. and others were either pursuing Ph.D. or had completed Masters. Classes were held on a daily basis except on the weekends. Teaching was also good and with the help of teachers passing was not that difficult.

The college has industry alliances with Aerotech, BSE, IBM, TATA Power, HPCL and many more. It has a record of 99% placement as well. In my batch, I can't think of anybody who walked into grabbing a placement and didn't succeed in securing a seat. Good packages were provided despite the ongoing covid situation and everybody was highly satisfied with wherever they landed.
