I wanted to choose teaching as my career and had an honours degree in Physics.I wanted to have the M.Sc. degree to dig further in the subject.Physics department is quite good in this university and it's almost half an hour from my house hence I chose this university.Most of the professors are very helpful.Labs are equipped with latest apparatus and old ones as well.The campus is spread in huge area and it's full of trees which is required for a sound body and mind.One can easily get most of the books recommended in the syllabus from the central library or the departmental library.They are also starting smart classes hopefully from next year.Canteen is awful, there are other eateries inside the campus.

The admission in the college is completely based on the merit score . The interested candidates have to to through the online application form , after filling the application form with required details ,the selection process takes place on the merit marks scored in class 12 . For admission in the various programs a score of 75% in +2 is a safe side .The candidates have to fulfill the minimum eligibility criteria of scoring at least 55% marks in 10+2 examination from CBSE or any other recognized board.

You will be amazed when you come at this college.You will see how everyone here is like a part of family and each one of us has an importance in the college. You will have the best years of your life at this college.

I opt for B.Ed over other courses because I always wanted to be a good and skilled teacher and i want to open my own school. So for this I needed a professional degree in teaching. I got admission in this college by passing entrance examination followed by counselling. This exam includes questions from G.K, language skills, comprehension, teaching aptitude etc.

The institution provides with bachelor of education course to the students. The students who have completed Graduation with atleast 50 percent marks from a recognized university are eligible for admission. They will have to give the entrance exam and on same basis will be selected.

Our college has excellent infrastructure. As our campus includes well established library, labs in each n every department, gym, multipurpose hall, indoor & outdoor sports facilities. The teaching learning process is supported by multi media in our college.

The political situation sometimes gets too bold, that's the only issue otherwise the culture is quite rich in this college. and the city Jalpaiguri itself is very beautiful, and the city is not too busy and very close to nature.

It is just a Degree college and I have taken admisson here just to get a Graduation Degree. Most of the students studying here prepare for professional courses like CA,CS etc. You can see many of the students come here just to give exams.

There is a merit list prepared by the College Admissions Counseling Team and admission is based on that merit. The merit list is made by combining the score of the previous education and the personal interview score.

I have Choosen this college to just get a degree. This college is mostly joined for getting a Degree.You can see many students getting admission in this college and not coming to college,they just prepare for CA,CS,etc.
