8000 is tution fees here and lots of scholarship like e grants and many other for students and lower caste people getting more scholarship...as a aid ... and it's nice policy mcm is a good scholarship
The faculty to student ratio is appropriate they provide great support highly skilled faculties good quality mentoring good in interactions and helping in study they reach out to us for any help regarding the syllabus
Life in gec us best best policy,best pics and best freedom here is best and nice we can think well and well established life here is peace peace fullued with peace no dugs no other misallenious activities in gec

Dislikes

The ladies hostel in our college is the shittiest ever .
There is no playground's in my college so we missed a lot of activities there.
No of students interested in b.tech is getting lower and lower by year

St Thomas is a Good College you choose with Good facilities and facilities.

Likes

Faculties were supportive and helpful and good teaching qualities.
Good Campus Environment,A Lake is present infront of the college making an awesome Environmental feel.
Infrastructure was good with a decent Library and good Labs.

Dislikes

Sports activities not up to the mark and grounds were small.

College offers good placement. Placement officer and placement facilities are very supportive and hard working , almost all eligible students got placements at least one company. Companies like TCS and poornam visited. About 80% students got placement.

Ambience and college infrastructure is quite impressive
Climate is good which is good for studying
Students are very friendly and have a good atmosphere

Dislikes

As it is a hilly area transportation is a bit difficult as train facilities are not there
Campus politics is one thing that people not interested in politics may find difficult
Good restaurants is another negative factor that we may find here

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because i like programing languages , data structure and coputer architecture it seems like quite tough but it is intresting to me. Its a perfect blend of theory, practical skills , and real world applications and it prepared me for top tech jobs and entrepreneurship and innovations. Exams are conducted at the end of each semester. These exams usually have a three-hour duration and its quite tough.

Likes

Okayish infrastructure and overall ambience looks pleasing to some okayish to some but no one would call it bad
Teachers are good who actually teach unlike many other campuses(so called good ones)
Freedom! As its Under cape its very much like a govt college its not too strict like many other pvt colleges but beware freedom is always a double edged sword you may need some time ane to learn wielding it

Dislikes

Campus is just minimal...there just a single ground and an indoor badminton court, a couple of nets thats it
As its relatively a new college clubs and such technical groups are not well established not a bad thing in way an opportunity for an adventure of building them from sctatch
Politics is there not so intense but yea strikes once or twice a sem is a common phonomena, no party fights so its cool, who doesnt love those pleasant holiday surprises

Placements are there and the average salary was around 20 k per month Its not that there aint good placements companies offering 6 -8 lpa do come for the cse dept its just the students arent able to clear their preliminary exams...so its more of a student problem..if you are passionate abt your future and ready to work hard you would be placed

Faculty are very good and also very supportive
Clean and neat campus and very calm atmosphere
Updated technology and syllabus are added in each semester

Dislikes

I didnt like the hostel warden she is very disturbing character
Hostel food some days very low quality food provide
Not provide college bus to students they didnt provide such facility

A short review on ICCS college

Likes

The building of the college is really good to be honest and has filtered water all the time

Dislikes

At first it all seems but after some time you'd realise it's all for show there's nothing here

Placement Experience:

Literally no placement for btech students, like it's all for diploma amd only diploma gets placements not the btech branch, I beleive I heard that Infosys had came here last year or something I'm not sure After getting degree I plan on taking any job which I get to gain some experience and climb my way up

Teachers ,not all teachers but some teachers were friendly to us
Classes,there were big classes and projectors
Surroundings and grounds because it is a big college

Dislikes

Principal, because he didn't approve any programs
Some teacher were very strict and not was friendly
Don't have a good canteen and not a good management

I like software and technology so I choose this course.they only teaches us the basic things not practical or futuristic thing. They should be more improve in practical and futuristic things. The exam will be in every 6 month

The facilities like labs were upto the standard
They used to consider students opinion when it comes to exams
Teachers are more friendly than expected

Dislikes

First year was so strict like it would feel hectic
In first year they used to keep extra classes to finish portions
They never even give expected questions for the exams

From 7th semester students get eligible for placements everyone can attend placements if you have arrears then there are few companies who put restrictions on those students who have arrears. If you don't have arrears then it is easy to pass interviews. Cognizant, Poornam, speridian ,tcs, UST are few companies that were there

A deep dive into my college

Likes

The faculty are friendly and there is a system called teacher to student program where the teacher help the studnents who are weak in any subject
And there are fest in clg for year wise and for all years and workshops

Dislikes

The timeing and small small rules and regilations like phones need to be submited when entering a class and will be given back only when we are completing that days class

As of now computer science students are increasing day by day and the gradutes are finding difficult to get a job and the AI is increasing more job are becoming less and thats an issue for rhis course when we choose a course please think more about it
