The Placement Cell of IIM Bodh Gaya is probably one of the most hard working committee's of the college. Past recruiters have been McKinsey & Company, Morgan Stanley, Deloitte, Amazon and Cognizant to name a few.

There are campus placements after the end of the MBA program which is really growing. There was a 30% hike in the placements this year having the highest salary of around 48 lakhs and an average salary of around 16 lakhs having 100% placements. I want to join consulting after my MBA.

In the BBA phase, there aren't any internships or placements offered. However, enough time is given in summer for the students to do a 2-month full-time internship. In addition to this, there is a compulsory rural immersion program where the students are placed in NGOs to work for a period of 2 months at the end of the second year. However, in MBA, the college provides internships and placements. The average placements have jumped by more than 30 percent this year.

First-year MBA students are given the chance to participate in a summer internship placement process. The internship is a part of a curriculum and students perform internships at the end of the first year. The selection process for internships begins in the second trimester and by the mid of the third trimester, the entire batch gets placed. However, the entire placement process is facilitated by the student-run placement committee called Career Development Cell. Since the inception of the college, it has always recorded 100% placements. And continuing the legacy IIM Bodh Gaya has recent;y concluded its 100% final placement for the MBA batch of 2021-2023. The highest CTC stands at 48.58 lakhs, with a significant Y-OY increase of 34% in the median and 22% in average packages. Over 200 students and almost 70 organisations participated in the IIM Bodh Gaya's final placement this year, with the BFSI, manufacturing, FMCG, IT and analytics, e-commerce and consulting sectors contributing to the highest recruiters.

Placements are good here at IIM Bodhgaya and because it is an IIM it produces such fabulous students, therefore, placement is also 100% at IIM Bodhgaya. The previous year's highest package was 32 lakh per annum and the average was around 13 lakhs per annum which definitely will increase in upcoming years.

Students get placement opportunities in their 5th year and internship opportunities in the 3rd and 4th year respectively. The average package is around 11L. And around 90 percent of students get placed. Some companies that visit our campus are BNY Melon, ICICI, etc. The highest package this year is 30L.

the college has 100 percent placement. the students are eligible after 4th year of pm. many companies visit the campus like amazon, Mellon, fitjee, etc. the average package provided was 15 lakhs.

There is no campus placement after completing graduation. MBA students start getting placements opportunity from the first year itself. The companies that visits are bny Mellon, tiger analytics, ICICI etc.

So, in 5th year of IPM course we can get the placement. It's like 100% placement in here which is good. The companies are also like BYN Mellon, Tata Power Corporation and other banks come. The average package this time was 14 lakhs. It's increasing at an incredible rate.
