College offers 100% placements with big recruiters coming onto the campus for recruitment. Placement drive used to start in 2nd year or in 4th semester. Many banks and MNCs visits campus including Amazon as one of its big recruiters. This year college concluded placement with 49 lac as the Highest package.

IIM BG is having the best placement compared to other new IIMs. The placements committee works days and nights is bringing new companies for the student. They make sure that you get placed. Every student is given 10-15 interview chances.

Campus placement is getting better day by day here because of placement centric curriculum and better quality of students being included here, and almost everyone get placement once the new campus will be built then these things are going to be more vibrant

The placement is doing great and are rising every year. There was a growth of about 23% in the average package from last year. It will soon reach the level of some of the 2nd generation IIMs. And as soon as the permanent campus is ready, it will be on the rise.

For summer placement the process starts from the 1st semester itself, for finals the process starts in the 4th semester. The campus ensures 100% placements with a good median package. The highest package for 21-23 has been 48 lakhs. The prominent recruiters include KPMG, EY, Deloitte, and BNY Mellow ( few among many). Almost all of the students get jobs on campus through placements. For our batch 2021-23 the fee was 13 Lakhs whereas the average package for our batch is 16 Lakhs. There are very few guys (1-2%) who opt-out for their own start-ups, family businesses, or any other personal issues. All of the students get mentorship and placement assistance through professors for every domain. This year 50% of the offers are made by banks and financial sectors. Top recruiters were ICICI Bank, ICICI Securities, HDFC Bank, BNY Mellon, and IDBI Bank. Kotak Mahindra Bank, SBI Capital, Delloitte US, Reliance retail, Vovo-Eicher, Hindalco, Amazon and many more. One of the luckiest guys in the batch got a 48.5 LPA package and was offered the role of Chief Operations Officer. The average package for the top 10% batch was above 24 Lakhs. Whereas the top 25% and 50% batches got an average package of 21.81 Lakhs and 18.79 Lakhs respectively. Also, the top 75% of the batch got a package of 17+ lakhs.

The placement is great. This year the placement was better than IIM Rohtak and very similar to IIM Ranchi. We have a very efficient placement cell. The placement happens in the second year of the MBA. Our college has 100% placement.

The students can be placed after their MBA final year. There is 100% placement with avg of 18 lpa from recruiters like HDFC, ICICI, SBI, McKinsey, etc. The highest package offered for the batch 2021-23 was 49 lpa.
