Learning methodologies are very good as most of the faculty teach us the real life cases.
The faculties which are teaching have relevant industry experience which makes teaching more effective.

Dislikes

Its a hectic schedule and getting a leave is next to impossible
Some clubs and committees are less active and care for unrequired things.
Currently we are on the temporary campus, less infrastructure facilities availabilities.

Placement Experience:

In the 4th year, students become eligible for placement. Many companies like ICICI, TCS, Reliance, etc. Visited last year. The highest package was 22 lakhs and the average was 13 lakhs. 100% of students got placed.

Placements start from 3rd trimester. The highest package is 30-35+ lacs and the average package is nearly about 15 lacs. The college holds a 100 percent placement rate and students can go for further studies like that of a Ph.D. after MBA.

Reality of an IIM

Placement Experience:

Placements are very good as there is 100% placement due to the reputation and IIM hold. The average CTC is 13 LPA and the median is also around the same. The highest CTC is around 32 LPA. But there is an annual increase of 15% and also after the construction of the new campus, more companies will visit for recruitment as compared to 180 companies visited this year.

Placement Experience:

IPM will have placement in the last 2 years of their course that is in MBA and our IIM has 100% placement. There are companies like BNY Mellon and Amazon who have recruited our seniors. The amount is also increasing in meteoric fashion.

Course Curriculum Overview:

the gender ratio is 2.5:1. Faculties are mostly from WB. All are Ph.D. from prestigious IITs & IIMs. The curriculum is well-diversified. Around 10 - 13 subjects are there each semester. Placements: As the college started in 2015 only, it is in its growing phase so with time it will grow only. The highest package for 2020, 2021,2022 has grown exponentially which was 16.5, 31.5, and 60 l.p.a respectively. The average package of the year 2021 was 12.36 lacs which now is between 13-14 lacs in the year 2022.

IIM Bodh Gaya - microcosm of opportunity

Placement Experience:

The students are offered a summer internship in the first year which gets due by end of the first year of MBA. The internship selection starts in the first trimester itself and lasts till the third trimester. Final placements start in the second year. The placement is facilitated by the college with help of the Carrer development committee. The college has registered 100% placements in all its years since its inception with median and average packages increasing every year. the batch of 2022 clocked the highest package of 30.50 LPA with an average of 12.36 LPA.
