- Too much focus on study oriented subjects and lack of practical knowledge.
- The research based learning procedure of writing research paper is sometimes hectic.

we get eligible from 2 sem for campus internship offers and placements,
Many companies visited campus for placement like NOKIA, Afford Medical, Cyraacs, BNP Paribas, cisco, Valeo, Equal, and many startup companies,
The highest pack till now is 24 LPA for M.C.A.
More than 75% of students get placed from mca in VIT.
The placement cell is very good in VIT.
I plan to work for off-campus placements and get a good offer.

- The different language speaking people i like most and mostly people usage english.
Dislikes
- Strictlness of college like you can not go outside of college for more than 4 hours.
- Also the humidity here is lot because of sea.

Placement Experience:
From 2nd semester some companies started coming and students are also available after 2nd semester. There are lots of companies like Cisco with 25 lpa. Valeo with 15lpa and lots of companies visited till now. For mca this year highest package is 25 and lowest is 4 and avg is 6. A maximum of 70% of students get placement offers. My plan after getting a degree is to get a good package.

- Some faculties are really good they will teach you nicely and friendly.
- campus is very green and beautiful it is fun to roam around.
- the academics is not super tough it is well divided and easy to do but somewhat handwork needed.
Dislikes
- some faculties are worst they will even fail you.
- the security is very very strict pda is also there.
- in some cases things take too much time the rules are very very strict.

After 3rd year they become eligible. many big companies come like google amazon Microsoft this year some 832 companies came the number of offers was around 14157 average ctc was 9.23 lpa highest ctc was 1.02cr it is 100 percent placement only, ill be also sitting for placements after the degree.

- The classrooms could've had air conditioners based on the temperature of Chennai.
- The size of the campus is a bit small owing to the fact that the strength is 8k.
- The food is a bit monotonous and sometimes the quality is compromised.
Course Curriculum Overview:
The course is the same for the first two years and subsequently becomes oriented towards your discipline during the last two years. The faculty-to-student ratio is really good and the majority of the faculties are doctorates. Exams are a little tedious and conducted with a time crunch but still bearable.

- In the campus there are more food stalls and one stationary store also present.
- All labs are constructed with central AC.

- Very small campus according to area building are very near.
- More crowd like the strength of students is more
- Outing permissions are very strict that too allowed only on Sunday.
Placement Experience:
The campus will provide placement offers for every student mostly in 2nd semester of the 3rd year the campus placements will start. companies like Amazon Google Microsoft Infosys Flipkart cognizant whirlpool etc like these many top companies will hire students. The highest package here is 75lpa and the average package is 7lpa.

- Campus Life was soo good here with more than 120 acres of huge campus
- Almost 50% students getting placed gets above 10LPA which is a dream for many institutions.
- Flexible curriculum for each student and every student gets to select their faculty
Dislikes
- A little bit too crowded campus with lots of students studying.
- Bus service provided could have been Air conditioned since many travel about 70Kms up and down everyday
- Few semesters were too short and it was hard to keep up the pace which shall be changed.
Placement Experience:
From 6th semester students are eligible for placements/Internships. All global companies including Microsoft, Intel, Nvidia, Qualcomm, Bank of America, Siemens, Amazon, Paypal, CISCO, etc visit the campus every year. 2023 placements are still going on and during 2022 placements total of 978 companies visited. Providing an average package of 9LPA with more than 4500 Super Dream offers (10LPA and above). Except for the students who go for PG studies every student who applied for placements gets placed every year. I plan to apply for placements too.

90% of the students in VIT will get placement offers. Here many top companies will come and offer jobs to students. Here annual package is around 7lpa. Not only placement and also offers internship offers.

In terms of academics, Amrita University matches the IIT syllabus and course structure. The infrastructure and laboratories are in good condition. The college works closely with businesses and other educational institutions. Many academic activities are being carried out to ensure effective information exchange.
College life is the most interesting part. Amrita University's Coimbatore campus is one of the cleanest in India and spans 500 acres. Amrita is a very diverse campus and a great place to make new friends. There is no such constraint. Cell phones are not permitted in the classroom. However, after leaving the classroom, you can talk to your loved ones. A minimum attendance requirement of 80% must be met, or you must present sufficient justification for your absence.
Amrita provides free wifi that is typically 0.5Mbps fast. Aside from YouTube, Facebook, and a few other sites, most academic content is available. Everything else is restricted. Only nutritious vegetarian food is served. The menu is adequate for a South Indian restaurant. If you are a traveler, you will have enough vacation time in Amrita to visit all of India in two years. The resident warden must grant permission for the outing. Every time a girl needs an outing pass, she must submit a fax from her parents. You can earn millions if you plan on participating in and winning every cultural event that is held there. It is an excellent world-class platform for showcasing and honing your skills.
This academic year, Atlassian is the employer with the highest salary on offer to Amrita students, with a staggering 52 lakhs offered annually. Microsoft offered 43 lakhs per year in salary, while Cisco hired 27 students at a CTC of 29.18 lakhs per year.
According to the most recent report, the highest and average compensation packages offered during the 2022 placement drive were INR 19.17 LPA and INR 6.72 LPA, respectively. Furthermore, in 2022, 93 recruiters participated in the placement process, placing 261 students in new-age job profiles.
