Placement Experience:
As per the data, This college (Vit- Chennai) has a very great placement record with a median as high has 7 lpa , if theres no campus palcements then i will try off campus placements. From 6th sem onwards people are eligible for placements. 900 compaies visited and took students on average 8 lpa. Heigest was 1cr+. My plans after getting a degree is getting placed in a good company.

- Mess is not that good and cost of living is high
- Temperatures are too high if we take non ac we gonna die
Placement Experience:
From 5th semester we are provided with internships etc and we get placed after the 6th sem placements are quite good for cse and 100 per cent gets placed if we don't have any backs my plan after getting a degree is to complete higher studies abroad

- There is a good composition of students from every part of the country
- If you want to write research papers along with BTech, VIT will provide you with ample facilities to get through this.
- The social groups, clubs, literary associations all of them are very active.
Dislikes
- The total campus area is not that much as it should have been.
- The total intake of students per year is a lot higher than other colleges which make it a bit crowded.
- There are many strict rules regarding girls-boys interaction on campus which is a bit dull thing.
Course Curriculum Overview:
I chose this course because I have good internet in Computer Science and had always wanted to pursue greater in this field.
Faculty Student ratio here is not that healthy but it is quite good like 1:40.
Faculties are well qualified. Almost all of them are PhD qualified. Most of them teach very well and will make you learn the topic well.
In a semester, there are 3 exams(2 CATs and 1 FAT) which are conducted with a gap of 1-1.5 months. For passing the exams, one has to have a thorough knowledge of the subject.

- Cost of life in vit is too high for normal middle class
Placement Experience:
Almost all students get placed atleast in cs dept there isn't a lot of core companies you are eligible since 3rd year end especially if you are a 9.0 pointer they are give priority in placements the highest go upto 64l and average is around 7.

- Lush green campus and it is maintained very nicely
- Very safe campus and good security everywhere.
- Professors are very supportive. And the proctors are always available for the students
Dislikes
- Curfew timings for the girls is too early at 7 pm
- Girls can go for outing for only 4 hrs on weekdays.
- Mess food can be better and quality should be improved

During 3rd year students start preparing for the placements.
Almost 600 companies visited the college and placements are common for both Vellore and Chennai campus.
It offers an average package of around 8.8 lpa and highest package was 1 cr for this year batch.

- Library here is very good here and books of my need is available.
- College campus is quite big and Domino's and gazebo is good for eating
- People here are very good and I got some good friends
Dislikes
- Here the intime is fixed for boys and girls at 9 and 7 respectively
- Getting permission for outing is very difficult
- Examinations here is too often you get tired
Placement Experience:
From the 7th semester, we are eligible for our placements. Companies like Microsoft, TCS, Infosys, Wipro and FAANG companies come here and 80% of us got placed highest package is 1.02 cr and the average package is about 7 lpa and after this degree, I will go for master's

- Sports activites organized here are quite good.
- Campus has very good environment, greenery clean environment.
- Faculties are very good and helpfull and they will clear all the doubts.
Dislikes
- There are very much hectic rules for going outing.
- Hostel rules are not quite good the deadline is 9 o clock .
- Hostel lifts are always busy and most of the time it is kot working.
Course Curriculum Overview:
The college is promising very good placements for this course is very promising for the placements point of view.
Faculties are highly qualified most of them have a Phd degree and are highly experienced.
There are three exams per semester which are very helpful for the students to score marks.

- Mess items- the meals are fulfilling and nutritious
- Faculties are really cooperative and provide with means to communicate or approach them for assistance
- The campus is covered with greenery, just walking around the campus can be stress relieving
Dislikes
- The hostel has 9 pm in time for boys and 7 pm in time for girls
- There are two mid sem exams which can be a little frustrating
Placement Experience:
Much of the placements here are mass recruitments, i.e with a salary of 3 to 10 lakhs. But many companies offer amazing placements. It all depends on the CGPA, skills and overall personality of the student. And the college has opportunities to improve skills

- Discipline is maintained and all the labs and things are working properly, the teacher are generally good
- Sports facilities are good with equipment available

- The outing time is very limited and only allowed on Saturday and Sundays
- Sometimes to maintain decipline they crub freedom to some extent
Placement Experience:
Most students get eligible for placement from the 7th semester although it varies since some students might have a backlog of 100+ companies visited with more than 4000 offers Vit has a 100% placement record although many get mass recruited
I mostly plan to start my own company so personally not dependent on campus placement but I definitely see it as a backup option

- Campus life with a huge diversity. People from all over the world take admissions.

- Being a north indian finding your comfort food can sometimes be difficult.
- Their are very limited seats available which makes admission difficult
- Academic Curriculum pressure can sometime be very stressful.
Placement Experience:
For the placement, students should need to pass all their semesters provided by the college.
Many companies inclusive of Google, Microsoft TCS, Accenture, Cognizant, Adobe, and many more come to the college for on-campus placements.
The average package here is around 10 lakhs and the highest package referring to the previous stats is around 1.21 crore.
Maximum students get the placements from the campus.

In terms of academics, Amrita University matches the IIT syllabus and course structure. The infrastructure and laboratories are in good condition. The college works closely with businesses and other educational institutions. Many academic activities are being carried out to ensure effective information exchange.
College life is the most interesting part. Amrita University's Coimbatore campus is one of the cleanest in India and spans 500 acres. Amrita is a very diverse campus and a great place to make new friends. There is no such constraint. Cell phones are not permitted in the classroom. However, after leaving the classroom, you can talk to your loved ones. A minimum attendance requirement of 80% must be met, or you must present sufficient justification for your absence.
Amrita provides free wifi that is typically 0.5Mbps fast. Aside from YouTube, Facebook, and a few other sites, most academic content is available. Everything else is restricted. Only nutritious vegetarian food is served. The menu is adequate for a South Indian restaurant. If you are a traveler, you will have enough vacation time in Amrita to visit all of India in two years. The resident warden must grant permission for the outing. Every time a girl needs an outing pass, she must submit a fax from her parents. You can earn millions if you plan on participating in and winning every cultural event that is held there. It is an excellent world-class platform for showcasing and honing your skills.
