IIIT Nagpur Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Because ECE is a mix of software and hardware. An ECE engineer is eligible for both kinds of fields as he learns about both domains. So the opportunities for an ECE engineer are much higher. Moreover through ECE one can attempt ISRO, DRDO, and IES exams whereas through CSE one cannot. Faculty : Student ratio is good. Students can directly contact and meet faculties for their doubts. Faculties are quite approchable and are available to discuss ideas and doubts with students. Faculties are well qualified from decent institutes. All are PHD scholars. Their teaching method is quite interesting. They try to demonstrate every topic well and relate it with daily life. Exams are held within every 1.5 months. There are 2 sessionals and 1 end sem examination. Their difficulty is a bit higher compared to other institutions. As it aims to prepare the student to handle pressure in tough times. Passing them requires a good amount of knowledge of the subject. It won't be easy for sure.

Placements occur in 4th year. A lot of offers have been made by companies like grow, geeks for geeks and also Amazon. The average package is around 12 lacs CTC and the highest Is 70 lac CTC. My plan is just to do a normal job. 70 % of students get placed.

Placements in this college are quite good. From 3rd year onwards students are eligible for the placements. Companies visiting here are Goldman Sachs, TCS, alpha grep, Nvidia, Commvault, Infra. market etc. The highest package in this college is 44 lac per annum. And avg package is 14 lac per annum. About 93% of students get placements. My plan after the degree is to get and good placement.

After the 7th semester students are eligible for Campus placement. The company visited in our college is Alpha Grep, Nvidia, Commvault, and Infra. market, Clever Tap, ZS Associates. Almost 90 per cent of students got placement. My plan is to get a good placement after getting the degree.

In our college, there is a good percentage of college. It is about 90%student get placed in college every year and the average placement at this college is Rs1200000. And from the remaining 10% of students about 6%-7%studentsgoesfor higher studies. I take college placement.

Students will be eligible to get a 6-month internship in the final year and later placement process takes place. Placement percentage for CSE - is 97.33% and for ECE - 85%. Highest Package - 40 LPA. Average Package - 12 LPA. No. of companies visited - 55.

From after 3rd year students are eligible for the campus placements.And many good companies were came Such as Flipkart,and other MNCs were come approx 70-80% students were placed and students decides off and on campus both for good placements

From the 7th semester students become eligible for on-campus placements, recently Amazon, intuit, Goldman Sachs, grow, etc. drive appear for internships. The college has the highest package of Rs. 44 lakh and an average of Rs 10 lakh. Generally, students get profiles for SDE, data analysis, data engineering, and data scientists.

Placement rate for IIIT nagpur is vary 80-90 percent.Average salary package was 12-13 lakh last year . many companies offers good package like nvindia , tcs , infosys etc. you can also do startups here .

Campus placements are good, as our two batches are passed from our campus and most of the students get the jobs. Some of them get very good placements but those are generally off-campus placements. But on-campus placements are also good. Recently our college average placement is 12.04 lakh per annum and the highest placement is 46 lakh.
